Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaTo traverse throughout the different levels, it was rather like a jigsaw puzzle confounding people with confusing directions. For example there were multiple small elevators (4 pp only) which only went to certain areas in either building no. 1 or building no. 2 adjoining. Hotel reception was on Level 7(!) but your room might be on level 5 of building no. 2 so you had to cross internal walkway bridges or else you’d go in circles trying to find your goal. If you have a poor sense of direction it was horrendous. It took a few days to orientate in that regard.
Hotel was right on the side of a mountain affording unbelievable views.

United KingdomThe endless getting into various lifts and lifts breaking and having to find a new route. Strange having to keep crossing the equivalent of a multi-storey car park to get to and from rooms. It wasn’t busy, but I wouldn’t want to do it on my own at night ( although well lit) or with children. I found it stressful but I may have got used to it.
Breakfast was excellent, a wide selection and an amazing view. Nice to have a good cocktail bar and snacks by the pool. Views were great Staff responded well to sorting problems Staff generally helpful Good facilities with lockers to get changed on going home day Pools were small but weren’t too busy. Quite laid back about where you sat for breakfast, getting pool towels etc. Didn’t seem many rules which was good.

CanadaThe pool areas was small, and the jacuzzi tubs were not hot enough. I did not like all the smoking in the restaurants and around the pool. It spoils a good meal and enjoyment of fresh air when outdoors. Too bad there were no designated non-smoking areas in the restaurants and pool area.
Beautiful hotel with great views, free valet parking, and outstanding service from everyone. Restaurants were very good and great breakfast included. Upscale and nice splurge. The transfer service was extremely convenient when going down to the Gruz port. 10 min from old town.

The location, facilities, service and atmosphere was fantastic. Close to the Old Town and right on the water. We ate breakfast at the hotel and the buffet had great quality produce and lots of choice. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
