We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germany- Space in bedroom is too small - The area is huge, so it requires long walk from the apartment to the other pool/amenities. For little kids could be too long - Price in supermarket in the area is too high
- Close to the beach - Beautiful sunset - Private pool with the neighbors (everyday was cleaned by the staff), not big but enough for the kids - Easy Check-in and check-out - 2 pools with slides - Kitchen with enough utensils (microwave is a plus point)

RomaniaOnly bad part was that the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. Even running non stop it barele manager to get temperatura under 25 Celsius..and the wind power was almost non existing.
We were lucky enough to get a mobile home quite close to beach (~150m). The camping is huge so you can even get one more than 500m away. Large camping is what we are looking for because we can walk alot în the evening and have a lot of things to do. The camping was for us (we also got a great price through booking - almost half the regular price) very good value for the payment. We atayed for 15 nights and never got bored.

HungaryIt eas very hot as the air condition directed to the front door, not to the rooms where we slept. They should put the air con. above the front door and put a ventillation at the ceiling to cool the whole house. Everything else was great or acceptable.
The 3 separate room and then 2 bathrooms was very comfortable.

HungaryWe originally booked the non-premium mobile homes since we thought that was on the pictures. Nope! The normal priced homes were poor quality, tiny and overpriced for what you get. We had to escape.
Everything was fantastic once we upgraded! The premium homes were well worth the money, with private pools and good quality, clean private homes. Overall the amount of things for kids to do at the facilities was great. The water park was super enjoyable for the kids (ages 6 and 3) although way too crowded. The camp grounds were huge, really giving a small town feel to it all. The staff was kind. The rating is for the premium.

DenmarkThe restaurants and grocery shopping were expensive. The chance of being run over by an electric scooter 🛴 The big new pool is very deep…..it is the biggest pool and it hardly had any space les than 160 cm deep, so it is difficult for most people to relax and just chill in the pool.
Perfect with the private pool and beautiful Mobilehome. Loved the beaches, the beach bar, the nice and cozy evening walks with nice music and happy people everywhere. The AMAZING sunsets and nice snorkeling 👌

SlovakiaThe Wi-Fi was kinda slow, wasn’t really working at the Mobile Home, you had to be outside the house.
We enjoyed our stay at Camping Park Umag. The location was good, the area and beaches were really beautiful. We had a problem with hot water at our house but the staff were helpful and they fixed it. Also I definitely recommend visiting the Umag City Centre with the Marina, there are lot of souvenir shops, bars and restaurants, and also beautiful streets where you can just walk around.

Czech RepublicConsidering the price of the stay, it was a bit of a surprise that there were paid sunbeds and umbrellas by the sea and in the pool centers. Overall, the price level in the campsite is quite high. The evaluation of the stay in the price / performance ratio is average.
In essence, these were completely new accommodation spaces. All clean and tidy. Parking approx. 100 m from the accommodation. Two pool centers available for children. Approaches to the sea in standard stony, in some places the possibility of using piers and ladders. The camp has a shop and a sufficient number of restaurants and refreshment stands. In the evening there are programs for children. The sea is clean with the occasional appearance of jellyfish or seaweed. For sports, tennis courts, beach volleyball and basketball courts.

AustriaThe Mobile Home was OK, but nothing more and for sure not worth it 200€ per night in pre-season. Also, ours was located in the very back, quite far away from the beach. Overall the Camping Site was too big for me personally. The store only ist open until 2pm every day. The beach is nothing for small children and you can find much nicer water quality in istria easily. Although it was still not bad quality. Overall in HR you can also feel the influence of the Euro. It hast become really expensive since last year.
Mobile Home was clean. The whole Camping Site is really nice, clean and well maintained. Lots of space for biking, running and Sport activities, like Tennis, Soccer, Basketball and beach Volleyball. On some spots the beach is also nice as is the big Pool. Easy Check-in and Check-out process with friendly staff.
