New & beautifully decorated, stylish luxury boutique hotel. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast with good choice, and a great room with lovely sea views over the bay from the large room terrace Fantastic small rooftop terrace area & infinity pool. Great central location & we really enjoyed our stay!

It was boutique at its best! Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, location is excellent. It is more privet and luxurious than bigger hotels in my opinion. We enjoyed the restaurant as well.

Bar on rooftop not finished so could not get drinks. Building noise from below started at 7 am and finished at 5 pm so no lie ins but not a lot the hotel can do about it. Not busy so bar lacked atmosphere.

Good location and amazing view of marina Rooftop pool beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff really helpful and friendly. Not too far to walk to marina and old town.

One small issue was the building works going on in front of the hotel across the road. Although the windows provided good sound dampening, we could still hear the noisy construction works. However this is something the hotel Cannot really do anything about. I guess it is a short term problem while they complete the works and It certainly doesn’t stop us from wanting to go back.

The facilities were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and really clean. The hotel itself felt high-end and luxury. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was me and my wife’s 1 year wedding anniversary while we were there and they very kindly arranged a nice little well wishes message and bottle of wine for our room on the day. The breakfast was also brilliant to say it was included in the price of the stay. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Everything was just perfect. The hotel with its rooms is beautiful. the staff was really helpful and polite. The rooftop pool was never crowded and we really enjoyed it. Location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was just a few minute walk to old-town and also to the Marjan nature park.

No complaints, there is some building work on a new hotel across the road but its far enough away not to bother us at all.

Location was fine just outside the old town 5 min walk. Great view across the port from our room. Breakfast was lovely and prepared to order. The hotel has been finished to a very high standard. The rooms are large and the beds very comfy. But the staff really make this place, they are all so helpful and polite. We really enjoyed our stay and it was value for money.

Air conditioning in room didnt seem to work. I think it was still in winter mode. But it was only a small issue.

Just checked out of this hotel. What a great place it is! Brand new opened in november and its fantastic. Staff are really friendly. The room is absolutely huge for a european city. The balcony we really liked. I hope this hotel does really well In the future.

Currently there is building work taking place at the front of the hotel. This doesn't impact the view but it can be noisy during the day should you wish to sit out on your balcony. If you are planning spending time in town or doing day trips then this won't impact you.

Staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Location was a short walk from the main town area. Amazing views looking over the sea front from the front of the hotel.

Must reserve parking prior to arrival as they only have 6 spaces. They are also very very tight spaces.

View from balcony was fantastic. Heated bathroom floors!!! Electronic everything, lights, curtains, proximity access keys. Shower was very large and had large shelves for your products. There were 6 very large drawers in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. they had crepes (pancakes) with Nutella or berries. Lots of other choices as well. Has parking underneath hotel with garage door and security cameras.

We visited the hotel in the beginning of April, the weather was unexpectedly warm and sunny but the air conditioning didn’t work yet, because they still had winter mode (heating on) so the room was quite warm and stuffy. Unfortunately the pool was also closed on April.

Beautiful new, clean and comfortable hotel, perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and rich. Loved the sea view from balcony. Enjoyed our stay, recommend!

Not all demotica in the room was working properly, but for a newly opened hotel not unusual to have some minor issues. As we visited pre-season, the rooftop was not yet finished (but this was made clear before and during booking). I do see the potential.

Service by all staff was great, very polite-enthousiastic-very good english. Nice spacious room with plently of storage, also in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast!

Super great facilities, with a perfect location. I stayed for 4 nights, one of my best experiences ever. Private wellness with sauna, 3 courses breakfast. Most importantly, all staff are really professional and nice, they helped me a lot. The last night was my birthday, they even prepared a bottle of champagne to the room, very thoughtful. Super unforgettable experience, will come back again next year. Highly recommended!

New hotel just by the city old town, with its own garage, very rare in Split! The roof bar and swimming pool are still under construction but the rest is cozy and very nice. Just few steps from riva and the city center. Very good breakfast

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was excellent from the fresh and very tasty food to the amazing staff who were always very helpful and kind. The room had an amazing view and was very clean and new. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. The staff at the front desk always had a smile and were very helpful and kind. The restaurant had very good food and the service from the staff was also excellent. The location was very continent as well. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone.

The swimming pool and rooftop bar were closed for renovations. Which was a shame.

Come stay here, quick before anyone finds out what an amazing place this is and they put their prices up :) Lovely hotel overlooking the bay/harbour of Split. Very nicely designed and decorated. Wellness centre is a treat and an al-a-carte breakfast to top it off. Staff are well trained and very professional.
