We were not aware or informed that there was an event on the top floor( just above my room on the fifth floor) and there was a lot of loud music and noise till midnight interrupting our sleep.

The breakfast options were wonderful- especially since they give you a made to order breakfast which is also tasted delicious.

Although the parking was super handy, it wasn’t obvious as no sign so became a bit challenging to locate.

Really well located to visit the old town, literally a five minute walk away. Great breakfast and the room was very comfortable. Staff were super helpful.

Staff was outstanding. Especially Mladen. Perfect location. Near everything. Breakfast and Dinner was excellent. And the Bar was well stocked including great entertaining conversation with Mladen.

Some street noise. Bathroom light shone through panel onto bed. Breakfast was predominately waiter service rather than full buffet style.

Superb location. Excellent transport links. Good view of cathedral shrouded in scaffolding! Plenty of space for clothes both hanging and placing shelves. We did like the automatic curtains!

The taxi does not take you to the hotel door, but the location The price is a little high

I have visited this hotel twice since its opening and can compare the quality of cleanliness to that of the staff, who now seem to pay noticeably less attention than when the hotel first opened. However , the reception staff are still amiable and helpful

The modernly designed rooms look fantastic. The breakfast served in the restaurant is delicious, with a good variety of dishes available.

The only thing I did not like was that I left my Canadian/Europe electric adapters in the room and had o go back to fetch them but I suppose that is not the fault of the hotel.

We liked absolutely everything about the hotel. First while checking in we were offered a glass of wine. You know, you only have one chance to make a good first impression and they made it. Room was great, breakfast spectacular. While the cost to stay was not cheap, it was good value

The cable cars go by the front of the hotel all day. They are noisy

My only complaint would be the air conditioning was not working, as the weather had been quite cold, so either have heat or air conditioning. During our stay the weather was mild and we therefore had to open the window to keep the room cool, but being on the city side the trams were running frequently till late and early in the morning, so the room was noisy. Obviously had the air con been on we would not have opened the window and the room would have been quiet peaceful. That being said it would not stop me staying here again, as everything else was superb.

Lovely hotel in a great location and staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was great with a good choice of options and you were not rushed to leave, so could have a really leisurely start to the day. Room was light, airy and well equipped as was the bathroom.
