Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe only thing I did not like was that I left my Canadian/Europe electric adapters in the room and had o go back to fetch them but I suppose that is not the fault of the hotel.
We liked absolutely everything about the hotel. First while checking in we were offered a glass of wine. You know, you only have one chance to make a good first impression and they made it. Room was great, breakfast spectacular. While the cost to stay was not cheap, it was good value

United KingdomMy only complaint would be the air conditioning was not working, as the weather had been quite cold, so either have heat or air conditioning. During our stay the weather was mild and we therefore had to open the window to keep the room cool, but being on the city side the trams were running frequently till late and early in the morning, so the room was noisy. Obviously had the air con been on we would not have opened the window and the room would have been quiet peaceful. That being said it would not stop me staying here again, as everything else was superb.
Lovely hotel in a great location and staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was great with a good choice of options and you were not rushed to leave, so could have a really leisurely start to the day. Room was light, airy and well equipped as was the bathroom.
