I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was immaculate and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The staff were outstanding—especially Pero and Adriana, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, just like the rest of the team. Hotel called "Family Resort" should consider that families have small kids. So they have to consider to install locks on balcony and room doors so kids can't go out without parrents (especially at the night time when parrents sleep). Also, we found some ants in the room. Everything other was perfect and definily we will come again.

Perfect location, good ambient, perfect food, great beach and facilites, very good staff. Lady that clean the room and corridors everytime made our day better. Very nice lady. Great value for money we paid.

- The kids club could have been better. I assume because it was off season there wasnt so many activities for children. The entertainers, although were very nice and friendly, didnt seem to offer a great amount... mostly just drawing. And for us personally, with a 4 year old, the activities that could have been very nice were all taking place at 8.30 in the evening (e.g. face painting.) and a bit too late for younger children. - The shuttle to Split airport was very expensive, perhaps there could be a cheaper alternative offered once a day going direct to split airport.

- We really enjoyed the location, perfect balance of beach, pool and peace - The fellow guests were all very nice and respectful - The space on the beach, around the pool and to walk around in the evening were all great - The food (diner and breakfast) was outstanding, great range of food for all tastes.

It should be somehow positioned as a child oriented hotel. Too many loud children are all around no adult only zone to rest from it. As all the areas of the hotel are rather small and the hotel is rather crowded, it's hard to avoid constant noise. And if it had been described, it would not irritate that much, cause one would know what he chose.

Very good ratio price to quality, food and locationwise. Good location, very friendly, helpful personnel. Amazing breakfast and dinner wine and beer included.

We vacationed in Croatia for the first time. We really liked nature, people and the hotel itself. Tasty and varied food, clean, pleasant staff. The children liked the animation and children's room. I would like to come back again.

Unfortunately our bed was very creaky so everytime one of us moved slightly, there was a lot of noise. The blankets also seemed to be the exact size of the beds so there wasn't any overhang and left us uncovered during the night at times. We requested extra blankets and were given immediately so that was good.

Lovely big resort , with plenty for the kids to do. A big bonus that it had 2 pools to move between. The breakfast and dinners were amazing. So much variety for anyone's pallet and the food was delicious! Absolutely beautiful beach too and it wasn't too busy so always managed to get a seat!

The room size was bit small as per the 4 star property and the price.

Hotel has a nice ambience overall and has a beach-facing room. Easy beach access is great, the food was good had multiple vegetarian and vegan options. Staff was very friendly, with the small kid they were always very helpful in providing any support related to food/milk or bed. Recreation counter helped us in sorting out some plans for us and helped in making bookings for boat rides. My special thanks to the restaurant staff David V. who was very polite and always helpful with fulfilling our needs realted to the small kid and in general. And also we took the massage, and it was one of the finest Thai massage I ever had, would definately recommend that.

Odlicna usluga. Ljubazno i jako usluzno osoblje na recepciji. Odlicna hrana i jako prijatno i usluzno osoblje u restoranu. Veliki pozdrav za tete koje rade odlicne omlete i vrlo su ljubazne. Jako ljubazno i usluzno ostalo osoblje. Ni jedan jedini put nije izostao ljubazan pozdrav od svakog zaposlenika u hotelu bilo to cistacice, radnici oko odrzavanja vanjskog uredjenja ili neki drugi hotelski radnici. Moram da pohvalim i odlican animatorski tim koji su moja djeca obozavala. Vidimo se opet.

Regretfully the central airco system was still in winter setting and could not cool the rooms.

Very comfortable family room, very friendly staff (thanks to Matea and Pero from reception for their help). Great location and restaurant: thanks again to Djupco and his staff for preparing a special vegetarian couscous meal for our daughter.

The staff on breakfast/dinner was arguing with each other in front of the guests (while hotel was fully booked). It was really rude and inappropriate. Also, we had ants in our room, all over the room and bathroom. For this price and hotel like this, I think it's unacceptable.

The exceptional location and view from our room, which was breathtaking. Also, breakfast and dinner were excellent, with variety of food, something for everyone, even people on some restrictions. Anita (making eggs) and all the staff in bars (pool and beach bar) were very polite and professional.

There was a lot of food for dinner, but I would expect tastier food in such a hotel.

We were accommodated in the depandance. The view is fantastic if you are lucky enough to get a room wit a view.
