The property was extremely clean upon arrival with a complementary bottle of homemade wine which was a nice touch! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils so any cooking can can be done and the dishwasher had pods and salt which was the same for any other appliances you may need to use- coffee pods, washing powder, etc., The balcony was very cute but didn't have the best view but was definitely still a great place for coffee and drinks. It is also very close to two large food shops which was a bonus and can recommend the SPAR over the lidl. It is a little ways a way from the old town but the walk to it is very pretty walking past the marina!

brand new apartment, located 5 minutes walk from from bus station. Apartment is beautiful, well equipped, would highly recommend, ideal if you have a car because it was very hot in July and difficult to walk in 35 degree weather. Apartment was clean, very close to Supermarket, bakery. Antonio was very clear with the self check-in information. Highly recommend this apartment!

Apartment located in quite newly built building, so it is modern and well organized. It has parking lot in the building which is very comfortable, quite close to the Old Town. It had all needed amenities. I loved the idea of self check-in, which was well desceibed by the host. It was very good choice.

I would appreciate light curtains on living room windows for more daytime privacy. There are electric shutters, but putting them down immediately makes the room quite dark.

What a lovely place to stay! Everything was exactly as promised. We could easily find the address and the self-check-in keys, park our car in the very safe garage, and enjoy a very nice stay at the apartment. It is so relaxing to spend your time in a completely new building, new apartment, exceptionally clean and tastefully designed. Bed was comfortable with electric plugs on both sides to charge our phones and ipad, and bedroom was separated from the living/dining room. Bathroom is spacious, with nice big shower and good water pressure. Kitchen is very sanitary and very well equipped, we enjoyed a nice complimentary cup of tea sitting on balcony/loggia. Even though apartment is situated on a corner of a rather busy street, the sound isolation of windows is fantastic! This same street, on the other hand, is getting you fast whichever direction you want to go. We walked for 20 min to dinner in old town, and took a cab back for only like 5 euro. There is shopping mall in close proximity with some good cafes, bakery, fresh fruit and veggies, cash machines, drug stores, everything... Overall, just huge thanks to owners for making it such a perfect place to stay!

Very well equiped and modern apartment ideal for couples. Has a nice little private balcony to enjoy cup of coffee in the morning. Kitchen has enough dishes to cook and enjoy your own meals. We had a nice relaxing weekend and will definitely come back again.

if you are walking towards the old town or the beach and are less mobile or elderly the walk may be slightly too far. it doesn’t take more than 15/20 minutes but that may be too far for some.

gorgeous apartment with plenty of amenities for three of us, comfort bed and an elevator for luggage as well as building parking for if you are bringing a car. there is a nice balcony too ! we didn’t use the tv so can’t comment on that but this apartment had everything we needed. it is along a pleasant walk to Zadar old town and has lots of shops and restaurants near by.
