Marijana is an amazingly kind, warm and an ideal host. Literally could not do enough for us. The location is ideal as close enough to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment, pool area etc were all exceptionally clean and well cared for. The pool was quiet with lots of beds to lay on.

Nothing at all it was perfect.

Absolutely immaculate. When we arrived we were treated to cake and wine plus there were a few things in the fridge and cupboards which meant we did not have to dash out immediately to the studenac. Very very considerate.

Having to leave!

Absolutely everything! Great location, gorgeous apartment, with lovely views, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped - fluffy towels, cotton sheets, great showers, air con, really comfortable beds, etc, etc. We also loved the swimming pool - a wonderful bonus. The welcome and hospitality we received from Marijana was outstanding. Honestly, we couldn't fault a thing and would love to go back.

No matter where you go in Dubrovnik, there are slopes and steps but these are a small price to pay for a spectacular place to visit.

This was almost certainly the best apartment we have stayed in during over 35 years of holidaying together. It had everything we could wish for, and more. Our hosts were wonderful, available at any stage and providing unbiased advice, lots of little gifts and extras which made our stay very pleasant indeed. We were ten minutes walk away from the old town, and not much more than that from the lovely 'new' port area and some lovely walking routes towards Babin Kuk. We honestly couldn't thank our hosts, Marijana and Tonci, enough.

The property was squeaky clean everything you could want was provided with Marijana an call to provide anything else. The location was an easy walk into the old town and when we stayed home the pool was an excellent retreat. The standout for us was Marijana. We have never met such an accommodating host, providing great restaurant recommendations to sorting our a doctor we needed and giving us a lift to the ferry terminal….simply outstanding.

Nothing to comment here - everything was top quality

Everything. Marijana was an amazing host. Gave us lots of information about the area. Apartment was excellent and so clean - we stayed in the 1 bedroom and it was bigger than what I expected. The balcony was a lovely bonus and a seaview. The pool area was fantastic. Lots of beds so no one went without but most days we had the pool area to ourselves. Short walk to old town. This property is just outstanding

Nothing to dislike for us, loved it. Due to the location ( steps ), elderly people or those unable to access the property, shouldn’t book it. For the others…..book it!

There is nothing to dislike about the property once you’ve accepted that there are a lot of steps to get to it. Spotless, modern apartment, great views and pool. Everything, and more, that was required. 10 out of 10.

Nothing - it was perfect!

The host (Marijana) was just amazing! She could not have done anymore for us! She was so helpful and kind! We arrived to lovely pancakes and wine and throughout our stay she was always keen to give us advice on our trip and supply us with refreshments when we were hot around the beautiful, quiet and relaxing pool! The apartment was very clean and spacious. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and the balcony was private with a good amount of sun! The whole place was immaculate, including the pool area and stairwells. The location was great as it was around a 15 min walk to the old town! Could not have asked for better accommodation and this made our trip to Dubrovnik memorable and amazing!

What can we say about these apartments? Absolutely everything about them was fantastic - spotlessly clean, tasteful decor, quality fixtures, and fittings, every utensil you need, a pool and best of all, the host Marijana! What a lovely genuine lady, couldn't do enough for you. Thank you so much Marijana for making our holiday so special. Best host we have ever had! Great location with a seaview and only a 10 minute stroll downhill to the old town (and a cheap Uber back👍)

The only thing i would add,if your mobility of getting around is difficult,beware ther can be a lot of steps to access some sites,but that’s a personal choice,on the whole Dubrovnik is a beautiful place to stay,we were with friends and we thought it was worth the effort.

It was a self catering holiday,but there are supermarkets near by walking distance 5-10 mins,about 10-15 mins walk into Dubrovnik old town,but the Uber cabs that cheap we mostly got them to move around Dubrovnik and outlying places of interest to visit restaurants etc.

Fabulous apartments in a great location, easy access to old town & Lapad. Marijana was the perfect host, who went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & comfortable. Her extra touches & friendly manner made this an extremely enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend!

Everything! The finish of the property throughout was exceptional bespoke tiles & marble. Our apartment was outstanding furnishings & fully equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony was stunning. We stayed with our friends in apartment 3. The added bonus was the swimming pool as it was extremely hot during our stay. The owner Marijana could not do enough for us she was awesome !!

The property was only a short walk from the old town which was great, but a lot of steps up & down to the town & also had to carry cases up & down from the main road, which is tough in the blistering heat.

Apartment was finished to a very high standard & extremely clean. Marijana the host was so welcoming, friendly & helpful & nothing was too much trouble. She met us when we arrived, with pancakes & drinks & told us about the local area, restaurants & trips etc. it was fantastic to have the pool, which was so clean & the pool area had plenty of beds & umbrellas.

The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The host Marijana was great and was there if there was anything we needed, including helping us book excursions. She was really friendly and helpful in explaining to us the local area and recommending places to go and things to do. Highly recommend staying here.

everything! it’s modern, clean, well equipped, comfortable, stylish and a fabulous location! The pool was a massive bonus and spotlessly clean. Fantastic views from all windows. Nothing was too much trouble for our host Marijana. Communication from a couple days before our trip and constant contact through to arrival with information and available anytime during our stay including making restaurant and trip reservations for us. There to greet us on arrival and give a valuable overview of the city, etc. Definitely 5*

We arrived to Marlin apartments after 2am as our flight was delayed. Marijana very kindly stayed up to meet us and the pancakes were very welcome after our long flight. Our apartment was wonderful, so clean and fully equipped with everything you needed. The views from the apartment were amazing. We loved the pool and surrounding area. Overall it was a very relaxing place to stay and we would return to these apartments again. Thank you Marijana for being such a wonderful hostess.

Marijana, the host is absolutely incredible! She was extremely accommodating and friendly and even allowed my friend and I to park our motorbikes at a safe location nearby. The pool was excellent and everything was spotless - views from the balcony were stunning and nothing was left to be desired. These apartments are thoroughly recommended and we will be going back again - By the end of the week we were made to feel like old friends coming to visit rather than paying guests.

The whole stay from booking to leaving was made seamless by the attention to detail going the extra mile by Marijana (Host). Marijana gave plenty of guidance before I even left home to advise on facilities and parking and was prompt with her responses. Marijana also went above and beyond to allow us to park at her home and transfer us in her own car. On arrival at the apartment Marijana welcomed us with a bottle of homemade wine or a beer and some cake, which was a nice touch. We were made aware of the local facilities and giving some advice when navigating attractions. The apartment itself is finished to the highest standard you will see locally and was spotlessly clean throughout. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family should they be visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A large, clean, beautifully equipped and very comfortable apartment, the photos don’t do it justice. The owner was delightful and always available - she gave us refreshments on arrival and lots of helpful advice and recommendations, she left milk, tea,coffee, biscuits, beer and wine in the apartment, she popped in during our stay to empty the bin every few days and also changed the bed linen and towels half way through our week, it felt more like a hotel than an apartment. The pool area and surroundings were excellent too. Highly recommended!

Nothing everything was perfect

I would say without any doubt that this the best apartment we've stayed in. Absolutely no corner cut in the design and fixtures and fittings The apartment is modern and fresh. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Our superior room had one ensuite and one main bathroom. Dishwasher and washing machine also. A wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony. Linen crisp and white. Rooms are fully air conditioned. Cooking facilities ultra modern cooker and all the utilities you could ever need to prepare a meal if you wish . A lovely balcony where we would eat had the most wonderful view. The location is very peaceful away from the road however the room has double glazing anyway which shields out any noise. The outside of the apartment is equally tasteful with a lovely clean pool which is also quiet and peaceful . Ideally situated in the city It's only a short walk to the beautiful old town about 10 minutes . The apartment quality would have been enough usually to make this a fantastic holiday but for me which made this a special place were the hosts Marijana and Tonic. These are very special people. Marijana was there to meet us on arrival greeted us with drinks and snacks on the lovely terrace outside the apartment. Lots of tips and advice on our stay, place to go, day trips etc . Such a wonderful warm welcome it really felt as if we were staying with family and we are ever so grateful to you both .. the other reviews just confirm what I've written . Absolutely beautiful apartments and wonderful hosts. I will have no hesitation in returning here again and will look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

Brilliant apartment - spotless, modern, and well equipped with a sea view balcony. The pool was great and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The host, Marijana, met us when we arrived and gave us recommendations of places to visit/eat etc., the homemade pancakes and wine were an added bonus! We will be recommending the Marlin Apartments to our friends :-)
