Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

AustraliaThis apartment is fabulous - we had one bedroom apartment. Very smartly presented, spotless and modern with all essentials provided. Fabulous location just minutes across walking bridge into Old Town. Grocery shop, choice of bakeries and bars 2 minute walk. Good car parking to building.

United KingdomThe outside of the building complex is a bit tatty, in contrast to the interior, but it was very quiet and felt safe even at night, so I'd say this is why it is such great value. Don't let that put you off.
The hosts and cleaner were really lovely and helpful. The design was great and the extra touches like water, wine and snacks were really helpful to our convenience and enjoyment. It was super clean too. This is a really convenient location and for the money is excellent value. Will book again next time I go to zadar.

IrelandOnly a small thing but at night when we entered the apartment block it was very dark. There was a light switch in the hallway but it is around the corner can be initially hard to find.
The location of the apartment was perfect, a 5 minute walk across the bridge to the old town. The apartment itself was exactly as described. The instructions regarding getting to the apartment and getting into the apartment were very well explained.

SerbiaThe apartment is in perfect spot, walking distance to the old town. We also walked to the beach. There is a parking near the flat, so we have parked our car just in front of the building. The apartment is small and cozy, very well equipped. Everything works perfectly, and it was a pleasure to spend a few days there. We would definitely recommend it!

Things are all great. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and very well decorated, equipped apartment. Pictures are 100% matched with the reality. Very sufficient space for 1-2 people and reasonable rent. Great for value! I met the host under the apartment in coincidence on the first day and she opened the door for me. She was very helpful and recommended her favourite restaurants to me (which were very tasty!!). The apartment is closed to supermarket, restaurants, and famous sites. Thank you Ana and I hope to visit Zadar and reserve your apartment again soon.
