Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The place is spacious and clean. Mario was so nice and accommodating. A nice of him to drive us to the city in order for us to know the way and the places around the city. He even helped us find a car to rent and answer our questions even late at night. That was a really good experience.

Mario and his wife are lovely genuine people who welcomed us to maremy their apartments , for 3 weeks they did so much for us putting beers in the fridge to welcome us , putting a new lock on the front door, mario taking us in his car to the beach and collecting us again, fresh bedding and towels,making restaurant recommendations, chatting and laughing with us, filling up tea and coffee olive oil, loo rolls and liquid soap , mario is a real gentleman and a credit to croatia, Thankyou you for all your help and kindness , kind regards john and tommy, x

Absolutely beautiful apartments. So much better than the pictures, everything is modern and perfectly clean, probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed! Wonderful large balcony with comfy chairs and very comfortable bed, air conditioning and every kitchen item. Everything has been thought about, nothing is missing. Washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, cleaning materials, ironing board. I could go on! Location is brilliant. I travel to Zadar a lot and this is by far the best value apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Hosts are friendly and extremely kind. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Mario and Mrs M

ItalyMaremy apartment was great! It's in a good location: close to the center but also in a quiet neighborhood. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a shor or a long stay. A big plus for me was a very comfortable bed and a big terrace. Furthermore, all the furniture is new and everything looks very good.

Perfect position, easy parking just in front of the house, old Town at 20 min with an easy walk, near the house a Bakery, bar, markets and restaurants. The host very friendly and easy to contact. Now the best thing: the flat very cozy, spacious, well equipped with everything, It was a shame to stay for only two days. Next time here for sure!
