The apartment was super clean, quaint but modern, well furnished as well as being quiet and comfortable. Our hostess Lidia greeted us well and also had some snacks and wine waiting for us. Outstanding location just a 10 minute walk to the old city.

The apartment was very cozy and clean, having all the needed facilities near the historic center of Zadar. We liked the small garden where you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. The host was very friendly and helpful providing information about the city and recommendations on restaurants and places to visit.

The apartment was great and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Zadar! Lili is an amazing host and maintains the apartment in beautiful condition, plus she is super helpful with recommendations on restaurants, sightseeing, excursions and anything else you could imagine. The apartment is very comfortable and fully furnished to make for a pleasant stay. Also, the location is perfect, a short walking distance to both, the old town and to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything!!!. Lydia, the owner, invested in so many details that made this apartment looks super amazing. 10 is not enough to rate this place. Lydia is so professional and welcoming. After a long journey she welcomed us with cold wine, water some snacks and coffee.

The room was a great size for me and my partner. The patio was cute and gave us space to have a nice glass of wine on a beautiful day. Owner was super kind, gave us great recommendations, and we were able to enjoy ourselves in Zadar easily. Great, quiet location, but still near the old city. 100% worth it

I recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-furnished, making it very comfortable. This apartment met our needs well for our visit to Zadar. Lidia is a wonderful host who provided thorough instructions with photos about how to reach free onsite parking. She meets you on check in, introduces you to the apartment and shows you on a map easy walking directions to Old Town, marina and beaches. Our apartment was stocked with everything one could need and there is a large grocery with morning outdoor green market a quick 2-3 minute walk. We especially appreciated the washing machine and the clever terrace with a drying rack for our laundry. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well and it was pleasantly quiet for city center.

Fantastic apartment. Has everything you could need. Very clean, thoughtfully decorated with every detail carefully chosen. Loved the private garden. Very close to center/old town. Parking space at door. Lidia is so kind and helpful. She’s always at hand and ready to help. When we left she booked us a taxi and waited with us on the street corner until it arrived.

Nothing. Only possible thing that could put it over the top would be a washing machine, although there is a laundromat a few minutes walk away.

Friendly and responsive owner who has clearly put a lot of thought into the apartment. Short walk into the old town and to the beach. Very good kitchen and nice outdoor area. Separate luggage/changing area in the apartment was a nice bonus.

It is a little hard to find and is surrounded by lots of tall buildings but our hosts sent us very good instructions including photos.

The apartment is an excellent location just a short walk to the harbour and into Old Town. It was in a quiet location. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The hosts were excellent and provided us with all the information we needed including great restaurant recommendations. They were very friendly and made our stay great.
