Everything is new but it feels like it was done at last minute. There are some defects on some of the appliances. The light in the hallway is motion activated so it was turning on in the middle of the night as we were aleeping with open doors. Also there are no trays for cutlery and knifes.

It’s very new and nice. Modern and comfortable. Very nice terace and a viewe at the sea. Beach is righ in front.

The location is perfect, between woods and and the beach - beaches are wild and private, although a little rocky. Sea view is amazing from the terrace.

During weekend the nearby cafe turns into loud disco music bar in the evening. The music is very loud and you can hear it from the apartment. It is a bit weird feeling being next to abandoned hotel and the whole abandoned area. It is safe, but still a bit weird. We didn't like the parking which is almost right in front of the hotel.

We liked the renovated apartment (very cosy ambient) and especially the sea view from it. We liked hearing birds singing during the whole day.

Some small things can be improved, for example provide tea either (not everybody drinks coffee), salt/pepper. Floor mop and broom can be helpful for those who want to clean after themselves :) And subjective thing about location: abandoned hotel is nearby so you may feel uncomfortable while walking late, however it is safe. Anyways pros are much more than cons, so it is still 10

Apart is brand new, stylish and comfortable. Perfect sea view to have breakfast (you have all equipment to made it). Surrounding is really very green, quite and birds sing in the morning. Closest beach is like 5 minutes of slow walking and is nice. Extremely helpful, kind and sweet employees, if we need anything we just ask and they get it to us, helped with luggage and taxi as well. It was a pleasure staying there. Thank you, highly recommend!

Our safe, oven and extractor hood did not work, I wrote to the reception, agreed on a time, but no one came until the end of the trip. I also didn’t like that the price for an animal was 15€ per day, and on the day of arrival they also said 15€, and on the day of departure the price rose to 16€, this is a small thing - but it leaves a slight aftertaste

The apartment was just amazing and clean, with so many lovely details. We really loved the location and the peace - you just can't get enough of hearing birds singing and sitting in the terrace watching the sunset. We are definitely coming back!

We passed right by the reception, it wasn't easy to spot. The bathroom could be better equipped with a hairdryer and an extra towel for the hands and the floor.

A modern, comfortable and spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was spacious and shielded from view. Peaceful and private, but still located near the beach and the town centre. The staff was professional and polite.

The appartment above us kept throwing dog hair over the balcony which we had to deal with below but thats fine, we lived too see another day.

Brand new apartments, just oppened in june. Everything newly refurbished to the last screw and nail. The staff was very helpful and friendly, good communication between guests and staff, as someone who comes from the tourism industry - i was surprised. Good location within walking distance of Malinska bars and restaurants. Of course there were a few thing still missing as it was newly oppened but they are trying very hard and i believe, in a few weeks time, there will be no flaws. Well done, will see you soon!
