Maja and her mother are really kind, helpfull. They reated us not only thier gust but like relatives. The house is quite well equiped for longer stay as well. The small garden gives opportunty to reast outside. Great location. Evrithing was great!

Separate bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher . We were able to freshen up our clothes . About 20 minute walk to a beach which was very nice 12 mins walk to old town.

We'd just love our stay at Marija's. Our little independant peaceful flat was so cute, very well equiped, very clean, happiness to enjoy the little garden, to eat and have some rest under the shady vine . The place is ideally located at less than 20 minutes walking of the historical city center and 5 minutes only of a great kids square/park! Perfect for young parents as us ! Marija is a warmful and available guest. We do recommand this place if you want to visit Zadar :)

Everything was good nothing was bad about the apartment it was very well set up

The apartment had everything you needed to enjoy your stay the owners were very friendly and always willing to help you out Maria took my wife to the main supermarket was very good of her apartment is very quiet apart from the odd seagulls we will be going back and I would recommend it to anyone 100% the lady made me a ramp so that I could get my mobility scooter inside

Nice and clean apartment, about 15 minutes walking from centre. You've got everything you need: comfy bedding, all kitchen staff, even small garden with dining table and oven. You can put your children into trampoline and get away. Marija is very nice and welcoming. There is a small parking space in the garden. Highly recommend.

I can’t honestly pinpoint anything I didn’t like

It was honestly all just perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, dog friendly, close to sea. Comfortable. For dogs the fee was 5€ per dog which I think it’s very reasonable

Marija was a brilliant host. Nothing was too much and we particularly appreciated the help getting to an early flight. The accommodation is ideal if old town prices are too high and it's a nice walk through a park and across the pedestrian bridge to get to the old town

We (my wife, our daughter and I) stayed at this wonderful property for two weeks in early August 2022. It was a very beautiful time. We were one of the first tenants of the apartment and everything was neat and clean. The equipment is far more than usual. There was even a dishwasher and a washing machine. The garden behind the house was very nice and we could spend relaxing hours here. There was even a trampoline for our little one. The landlady and her family were very accommodating and always helpful, no matter what it was about. The location is great because you can get to the beach quickly and in a short time you are in the beautiful old town of Zadar. You could always park somewhere and there are also small grocery stores for daily needs around the corner. Conclusion: We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this accommodation!!!
