Great location. Apartment is beautiful and fully equipped. Just over the bridge from the old town in a lovely old building but the apartment is very modern. Best of all are the hosts Dino and Slaven. Really kind, helpful people. Excellent communication. Any questions were answered within minutes. And of course you have that magic view! If you are going to Zadar, stay here.

Made error on previous rating, staff were wonderful and definitely 10 out of 10. They met us early upon arrival and Dino was such a good host and gave us all the info we needed to set us up for a wonderful week.

1) The apartment is located on the 4th floor, no elevator - just be prepared :) 2) Sofa is quite old and creaky, maybe worth to be replaced.

1) Location and view are amazing! The apartment is super close to the old town of Zadar (2 min walking) and have direct view on it and harbor. 2) Apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved to have breakfast in the chairs overlooking the view. 3) Table is very good for remote work. 4) Bed is very comfortable, mattress and pillows are really good. 5) Nearest supermarket is very small (Studenac), but there's big Spar in the shopping center 20 min away. Bakery Mlinar is 1 min away, it's very cheap and perfect to get breakfast croissants. 6) Parking is not reserved (public) and is located in front on the house. We noticed that it's usually occupied by locals during the day, but almost empty in the late evening, so you can repark if you couldn't find a place when arrived. Street parking is paid, but inside the quarter parking it's free.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. The icing on the cake was the breathtakingly beautiful view from the apartment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Be aware there are stairs up to the apartment. The host carried our luggage for us up and offered to carry it down too. We didn’t mind the stairs but you should be aware.

The whole apartment exceeded our expectations by millions. The location is perfect - just cross a bridge and you are in the historical Zadar city centre. Communication with the host was perfect, he was waiting for us with the keys, showed us the apartment and gave us lots of tips for sighseeing, beaches and restaurants. The apartment looks even better than the pictures. The living room has amazing view of the marina, there are nets in the windows, so no insects are getting inside. The bed is very comfortable ,the bath in the bedroom is very romantic. Nice, clean bathroom with huge shower. There is also fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer, which was very handy for our swimsuit. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough, we had fantastic time!

Ist truly is a magical view that greets you, in a tasteful modern apartment, equipped with everything one might need. The host ist incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions. It is just a few minutes walk over the bridge away from the old town and located in a historically preserved building. Good food and great coffee nearby and the sound of palm trees in the wind, simple mediterranien relaxing. The perfect temperature of rain shower, the comfortable bed and snuggling in soft chairs with a view makes staying a great choice!

There was nothing we did not like

The apartment is in a lovely old building with great views over the harbour. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and quiet. The host is easy to contact and responsive.

An elegant apartment, furnished with class, equipped with all the necessary appliances. A big plus for the bathtub! The view is beautiful, it is close to a grocery store and a restaurant/bar where you can watch the match (my husband was delighted). Close to the city. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Only down side to apartment is not suitable for people with mobility as it has six flights of stairs and no lift as its a beautiful old building and apartment is very modern so well worth the climb.

The apartment is on the top floor of an old building but has been fully and tastefully updated. The apartment is very spacious and some treats were left for us when we arrived. The views of the old city are gorgeous and the bridge to cross over is only a block away. Everything worked well and was comfortable. The host was very responsive via communication on WhatsApp. He provided many recommendations of restaurants and things to do.

The apartment is in a traditional building but beautifully modern inside, kitted out with everything you could wish for. The view across the pleasure port to the old town - just a short walk away - is amazing. Dino and Slaven were both very kind and helpful.

Not a problem, but for those with mobility concerns it is up quite a few flights of stairs so please be aware.
