I am truly demanding but this one is simply perfect. It is expensive but worth every penny. If anything - there is an old abandoned house next to the hotel, but is does not influence the overall experience.

One of the best top 5 hotels in Europe to my mind. This is a boutique hotel but exceeding your expectations in every way and moment. Once you step in the doorway, you are treated like royalty. The hotel looks brand new. Literally, like it was opened just yesterday. It is modern, clean and the staff treats you with the utmost respect. It has an indoor and outdoor pool (heated), gym, spa, great restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, and a fancy lobby bar with staff meeting your highest expectations. If you love wine you will find yourself in wine heaven. Worth 5 stars. You can feel like at top venues in Monaco, Dubai or Miami.

The Ability to use Wellnes was limited on check-out day. A better availability would increase loyalty. Kitchen quality not on par with Konobas in the Area thus hotel restaurant is too expensive

Great breakfasts, 5 course dinner, staff were excellent. Really nice spa and pool facilities, steam room and 3 different types of sauna ! Modern gym equipment. Lovely outdoor pool ( and also an indoor one!) but very close to sea for an alternative swim. Highly recommended.

The pool area is a bit bland.

A very spacious room and bathroom with a large terrace and an excellent view over the kvarner bay. Personnel was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful.

Expresso to pay at breakfast, inacceptable! There was a machine at the buffet, but didn‘t worse it, you can order one coffee that they collect at the bar which you have to pay for….. 2 adults - 3 coffee each a day 15 euro extra per day…. Sorry but no way! Otherwise everything was perfect, ask for Filipe, very nice waiter!

We had a room at the 4th floor, the water pressure was a bit low in the shower, but okay. The fix menu at the restaurant… for a 5* restaurant should have a la carte menu.

We only have minor points that we would like to be improved in this fantastic hotel: 1. The towels could be more soft 2. The coffe which is included in the breakfast is not good at all, but fortunately they bring good made espressos/cappuccinos/flat whites, .... from a real espresso machine, unfortunately they charge extra for that. 3. The ceiling height of the gym is a bit low, for tall people like me doing functional training this is a bit low 4. The hotel should consider to upgrade their charging infrastructure to 11KW or even 22KW, for free or with a small fee. We used 2KW for free and we are extremely thankful!

We loved the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of everything, the quality of the restaurant which was excellent (better than a lot of other places in Malinska and Krk overall. But the most impressive feature was the astonishing beauty of the interior architecture (contemporary, sleek, elegant, minimalistic, warm, ...) which gave us a luxury feel rarely felt before.

Minor things: the organization of the daily room cleanups could be a bit better, we had problems with it every but one day during our stay (6 days). We had a room with the sea view on the 1st floor, but the roof of the restaurant blocked a great portion of the view. Would recommend rooms on the 2nd floor or higher.

Very comfortable and quiet room, lovely staff, premium quality materials used all around the hotel which makes it feel truly luxurious. Our favourite was the 4th floor terrace with the jacuzzi. The dinner - provided by the hotel’s restaurant is spectacular value for money.

The dinner serving a bit slow, people cannot really wait 2 hours to be served with the meals. After we mentioned politely this, they did everything to serve the meals a bit faster and it worked, thank you! The air conditional cannot he switched off while the room card is not in operation so if you leave the room with the card, when you got back it can be freezy the room.

The atmosphere and location of the hotel is amazing. It is near to the beach, the rooms are tidy and clean every day. The food was amazing, especially the 5 course meal at the evening. The staff is friendly and speaking excellent english. We loved being there very much, we will never forget the lovely days we spent there during our stay! 5 stars hotel in every meaning! Thank you!
