Everything was great. Sandra and Ivica are both: very helpful and nice at the same moment. They explained everything with the right tone and mood. Ivica also speaks German fluently. The penthouse itself is fantastic and looks even better in reality than in the pictures. We had all in place and Ivica let us stay longer as we had a late flight home. THANK YOU.

The apartment was fantastic. Very modern and clean with excellent facilities. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were beautiful. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic space to relax and the hot tub an added bonus. Ivan was helpful and checked we had everything we needed as well as helping with airport transfers and offering advice about local excursions.

Absolutely luxury place, where you can find all what you need for comfortable stay: free convenient parking, elevator if you are lazy, washing machine, kitchenware, TV, fresh towels… Apartment is very clean and fresh. It looks exactly as on photos. Two bathrooms means that you will go to shower without queues if you’re traveling with family)) If you play tennis, like we are, — just cross the road to tennis courts. Ideal location if you looking for apartments to stay during tournaments. As for me, location is good. It is not in the center, so it is not crowded and you can rest on the terrace in quiet atmosphere. Nevertheless if you need to go to old city — you can easily walk several minutes. Owner is very friendly and welcome. If you need anything just ask him — sure he will help.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a flat on the ground floor. It was just as clean and modern as promised in the pictures. We had plenty space, a big kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc. And could even use the washing machine in the basement. The WiFi was very fast too. We could use it with multiple devices at the same time and it worked very well without any problems. The landlord was very friendly and helpful in every situation. He spoke German, English and Croatian. We would always happily come back here.

Ivica was an incredibly good host. He helped me with taxis and other suggestions eg food, and was always very responsive to messages that I sent before and during our trip. His English was excellent. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and only a short taxi ride (or 30 mins walk) from Zadar centre.

From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel at home. They were accommodating and helpful despite our early arrival. The property boasts top-notch finishes and facilities. We booked the entire villa, and the rooftop with its comfortable seating, sun loungers, and hot tub became the perfect spot to watch the sun go down.

The property has everything you could need for your stay. The location is great easy to walk into the old town or you can catch an Uber for about 5 euros. Close to a big supermarket so you can pick up supplies for your stay. The roof terrace with hot tub is great.

All of it, very nice property and it is a luxury to have a new elevator and roof top jacuzzi in Europe. The host has built everything himself and take all details into consideration. Very responsive and quick in action if any question. Really nice stay.

There had been raining and flooding in Zadar-region just before our arrival, but that was of course not the fault of the hosts.

Everything was perfect, our host was super helpful. The apartment was superb, spacious and the terrace with jacuzzi was just supreme. The views were nice. The host arranged a taxi for us from the airport to the apartment and everything went great, I can highly recommend this Luxury Majpruz Suites.

Extremely well maintained and beautiful property. Wonderful apartment; unusually clean and very convenient. Clean building with laundry in the basement; they keep a supply of anything extra that you may need there - towels, beach towels, paper towel, etc. Hosts are wonderful and very responsive. It's a very rare occasion where we would highly recommend the property!
