Excellent location right close to the Riva. Everything we needed. Host was very helpful! Sofa bed was very comfortable as was the bed. Hot water always!

Access into the stairwell and along the corridor to the apartment was a bit run down.

Hosts communicated well. Proximity to the waterfront and the old town centre. Modern style renovated apartment. We were able to secure a parking spot in a parking lot directly in front of the apartment.

No contact with person before so difficult to find. There is a parking lot near but not easy to find parking and was expensive once we got a place. The owner did not leave bedding for sofa bed.

Place was very clean and a great location had a washing machine.

One slight suggestion would be to have an ironing board and iron.

Location is perfect for all amenities in and around the Old Town. Facilities in the kitchen were ideal. Kettle, cafetiere, coffee pot. Fridge/freeze good size, shower excellent. TV had loads of channels.

Super comfy bed, and the apartment was very clean. We found a parking spot just outside the window so we could see our car. The location is great, very close to restaurants and the sea.

Best possible location and great host. Helped us with everything we needed. Apartment is with a great view of both - beach and city. Easy to check in. Parking right in front of the windows.

Just next to the apartment (20metres away) was a building site where they are digging the foundations for a hotel. The balcony overlooked this site and the digger was working from 8am Monday until after 6pm (when we left the apartment). The digger cut through the electricity supply on the Thursday morning and the entire apartment block was without power all Thursday morning. If I'd known about this work I wouldn't have booked this apartment.

The Apartment was clean, modern and functional - I wouldn't use the word 'luxury' though. Air conditioning was good, but the flat screen TV didn't work and the host said that the 'receptor' had to be switched on but it wasn't in our apartment. We didn't bother.

Third floor without lift, which can be a problem for elderly guests, but for us it ment amazing sea view from our windows.

calling it luxury is quite sarcastic. the room And the furnutire was like from 90 ties. The quality of everything was really poor. The walls are so thick that you Can easily hear everything from the neighboir. We were in April, the weather was not warm and we were freezing.

The terrace was in the front of the apartment, so it wasn't private and it didn't have the lovely view.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. The view from the window was beautiful. It's the perfect place to stay in Zadar!

It was a little smaller than expected, suitable for 2/3 people for a few days. The front balcony is also shared which I didn’t expect, but we had no issues with this.

Hostess was fantastic. Finding the location and check in was very straight forward, and even when I had a little issue, she was quick to respond and happy to help sort it out. Location is fantastic, a quick walk away from everywhere in old zadar. We stayed for a week and had three people, and although a little smaller than expected, all the amenities were fantastic. The apartment could be well air conditioned which was a life saver for us coming in from the hot Zadar sun. Overall a very pleasant stay :)

Washing machine was not working, but apartment owner was quick to solve the problem

Situated in the heart of the old town, but due to a large public parking very easy to unload stuff from the car, even without payment because no barrier at the entrance of the car park. Free public parking ~1km (outside city wall). Very clean. Good communication with apartment owner, always available via phone and WhatsApp.
