Wonderful flat, close to the town centre (less than 10 min walk). Spacious room with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom. Quiet neighbourhood, close to various shops to get your groceries and bakery with the most delicious pastries. The hosts were so welcoming, lots of good recommendations.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Located in a quiet residential part of town, the apartment is still a straight shot to the bridge into old town, only 10 minutes walking so very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean apartment with hosts providing necessities on arrival. Both Marina and Marin were great hosts. I would recommend this apartment as a good location for reaching the city centre - approx ten min stroll away and easily found. Bus station about a twenty minute walk.

when we arrived, apartment was full of flies. Seems that trash was not thrown out from the last tenant and it created a big flies problem. apartment floor was not cleaned. After having to kill all flies, swaping them from the floor, it showed the apartment floor was not properly cleaned

Location was great, walking distance to the city center. Apartment is simple but funtional.

Windows in the apartment were open when we arrived, which attracted flies and mosquitos into the apartment.

Location is excellent, just a short 10 minute walk to the old town. Close to bakery and supermarket. The host was very nice.

There was some strange electrical cords coming from bathroom wall above the door. Few night there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs, starting around midnight.

The apartment is next to a street where there is more traffic in the morning. However, the evening was quiet.

Beautiful small apartment, a few minutes' walk from the city center. The owners even picked us up at the airport for a small fee!

Perfect and comfortable are the words. Apartment has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Zadar. Less than a kilometer away from old town, plus has free parking spaces right next to the building. Property owners have thought about every small detail and took care of it. Fully furnished in true sense. So much that there were 2 power adapter convertors kept in the apartment. :) Upon arrival, they were kind enough to let us do early checkin and also explain us all about Zadar city center and places to visit.

Not much it's only small advise to have better coffe table, because it missing place to eat breakfest for more then three. Table in kitchen it's bit hard to sit with three. ;)

Great apartment with fine location an reasonable price. Close to city center with free parking. Well equipped, clean and almost brand new. Confortable bed and fine good size bathroom. Advise for par or family with teenager . Really friendly and helpful owner. Good check out time. Nice area close to shops and Old Town. Really can advise apartment for short city Tour.

Only thing I didn't like were big hard pillows on the bed, but pillows are a very personal thing, so I'm not complaining!!!! And I did sleep well....

Gorgeous newly renovated apartment in easy walk to the old city. Free parking alongside the building for our campervan. Lovely friendly host, extremely helpful. Good size for two people to occupy comfortably... I'd stay here again!...

Just be aware that there is no elevator and one must take the stairs but it was fine for us and just FYI.

The property is walkable distance to the old town and the host was excellent and helped us with parking and places of interest in old town. The apartment was clean and well equiped.
