Modern, clean and great location. Close to Marina and 10 mins walk to the old town! Restaurants, shops are close by. Room was well equipped with shower, 2 large TVs, washing machine.

It's the 4th floor and there's no elevator, but as a young couple it was not a problem for us at all! The same goes with the parking, it's free but you won't always find a spot right in front of the apartment.

First of all the host! Having Mate as our host, we felt like we have family in Zadar. He was so helpful, so caring, so communicative, speaks very good English and knows so much of the city, we just never felt alone or lost, he was available and proactive in helping us, he always helped more than we asked. The location was absolutely perfect, as the map also shows, it's not in the old city but feels like because it's so close and accessible. As far as the apartment goes, it was very clean and very well set up, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning is doing an excellent job cooling the whole apartment, the bathroom is spacious and everything is working, plus there is a built in bluetooth speaker, which I personally really liked during showers or even dinners. The kitchen is also well equipped, it had everything we need. Washing machine was also very helpful with detergent and capsules. I could go on and on but just read the apartment description ;)

genuinely nothing. The room was clean and nice, the shower was nice clean and big and even included a bluethooth box. The airco was nice. The only slight thing is that the bed was a bit soft for my taste but I do enjoy a little bit harder matresses in general.

The location was super. The room was well designed with all nececairy equipment nearby. Finally the host was incredibly friendly and nice always helping out and assisting wherever he could, from tours to information.

The apartment's location was fantastic. It's only 3 minutes away from the Old Town and 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Mate was very helpful in arranging boat tour programs and renting a car to visit the national parks. Whatever questions you have, he answers immediately and provides a thorough explanation. The apartment was very nice, relaxing, and comfortable. It has many amenities that will make your stay easier. The host is available almost around the clock. When we arrived at the apartment around 2 AM, he was still online to explain how to use the door code and get the keys. I recommend staying in his apartment.

I don't have anything I could complain about from this apartment. It's is on the 4th floor without an elevator, which was a little annoying when we arrived, but I probably should have paid more attention when booking. The bathroom had a very faint smell of eggs when we returned from the town on one of the days. It quickly dissappear, so it was not worth complaining about.

Very modern apartment with up to date facillities. Large bed, great tv options, coffee machine, air con, etc. Do not be fooled by the exterior of the property. It is a very friendly location, only a 10-minute walk from the main Old Town, with a great selection of bars, restaurants, and bakery's only a couple of minutes around the corner. Mate, is a very knowledge host who has some great recommendations for local restaurants and bars. Porat for breakfast is exceptional and less than 5min walk from apartment. Restaurant Malo Misto has some of the best wine and seafood I have ever tasted, about a 15min walk into the old town. Very happy with our stay, will be recommending to all of our friends and family.

We had a really great stay! The area is super convenient and within walking distance to old town (~10 min). The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Greatly appreciated the blackout shutters, comfy bed, easy parking and washer on hand. Mate provided great local culinary recommendations as well. Would love to stay again if we're back in the area!

The location location was really great, it's few minutes from the city center and the flat is extremely comfortable. There is everything what's needed (even iron, coffee, AC etc.). The host is extremely nice and helpful, he made sure that we feel comfortable, proactvely recommended many great places and help with getting the taxi to the airport. It was really great time in Zadar, thank you a lot!

Not a problem for me, but has no lift.

A 10 minute walk to the old city, in a quiet part of town. Easy to reach from the airport (use an uber if you can). I cooked in the apartment a couple of times and all the necessary equipment was there. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Very helpful host, who offered good tips and pointed out where to walk for the attractions etc. A very pleasant stay. I got to the apartment around 10, due to a late flight and someone was there with the keys. Good communication.

There was no elevator in the building.

The property offers a nice view and a modern style. There's a good range of facilities, and the AC in the living room was appreciated. The host was friendly and provided some welcome presents. Location is convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Very welcoming apartment in Zadar, only 10 minutes away from the old town and 15 minutes from the main beaches. The apartament was cosy, clean, comfortable, more than enough for a couple. The host was really helpful :)

It’s a great apartment but it is on the fourth floor.

The interior of the apartment is very modern and clean with excellent wi-fi and it’s in a quiet spot. You can watch Netflix on the TV when you want to relax but why would you when the Old Town is a very short walk away across the bridge. Mate was an excellent host who met us there and carried our cases up the stairs for us. He also had a bottle of wine and some chocolates for us which was wonderful.

Super nice apartment just meters from the center of Zadar. The building is old and has no elevator but the apartment is refurbished brillantly and equipped with everything you might need. Friendly and easy going host as well.

There was only 1 pillow and my partner likes her pillows! Maybe more pillows for those princess partners! haha

Apartment was stunning, clean and really great value. The host met us upon arrival to help with our bags and show us in. He kept in contact via whatsapp. He gave us some complimentary wine and chocolates on arrival as well as lots of restaurant recommendations. He also offered to help with activities but we had these already booked. The apartment was in a great location with a few minute walk over the bridge into the old town. There is also a well stocked supermarket 1 min walk away and a large Lidl slightly further away. Rooms are large with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Large TV's and aircon if needed. Would defiantly stay here again and would recommend. Separately would recommend visiting Plitvicka National Park and also doing a day trip tour to one of the island and amazing beaches.

Location is outside the old city, but it is a sort walk there. Buildings are generally not so well preserved in that area (when you look from the outside), so seeing the apartment from inside is a very very pleasant surprise. The host is super helpful with everything and always available. The apartment is clean, and fully equipped with everything you may (or may not) need (even Netflix, HBO, etc. on both TVs)! Design is also great, and the bed is super comfortable. Great value for money. The bottle of wine and the Raffaello's were also a nice welcome gesture!

It was perfect!

Excellent service from our host, Mate. The apartment was in excellent condition and within walking distance to the old town in Zadar. There is ample free parking spaces around as well if you arrive by car. Mate was very helpful, waited for us to arrive to hand over the keys and the apartment itself is fully furnished to a very high standard and was without doubt one of the best we have stayed in. Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay in Zadar.
