Great location, modern, clean and the best host ever Mate! 😊

We had a really great stay! The area is super convenient and within walking distance to old town (~10 min). The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Greatly appreciated the blackout shutters, comfy bed, easy parking and washer on hand. Mate provided great local culinary recommendations as well. Would love to stay again if we're back in the area!

The location location was really great, it's few minutes from the city center and the flat is extremely comfortable. There is everything what's needed (even iron, coffee, AC etc.). The host is extremely nice and helpful, he made sure that we feel comfortable, proactvely recommended many great places and help with getting the taxi to the airport. It was really great time in Zadar, thank you a lot!

Not a problem for me, but has no lift.

A 10 minute walk to the old city, in a quiet part of town. Easy to reach from the airport (use an uber if you can). I cooked in the apartment a couple of times and all the necessary equipment was there. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Very helpful host, who offered good tips and pointed out where to walk for the attractions etc. A very pleasant stay. I got to the apartment around 10, due to a late flight and someone was there with the keys. Good communication.

There was no elevator in the building.

The property offers a nice view and a modern style. There's a good range of facilities, and the AC in the living room was appreciated. The host was friendly and provided some welcome presents. Location is convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Everything was great

Very welcoming apartment in Zadar, only 10 minutes away from the old town and 15 minutes from the main beaches. The apartament was cosy, clean, comfortable, more than enough for a couple. The host was really helpful :)

Only the living room had air-conditioning, but it was no problem for us. The apparent is located on the fourth floor without elevator. Again this was not a problem for us.

Excellent brand new and clean apartment. Right by the city center. The owner waited for us and helped us with the free parking.

The start was very nice. We got a welcoming gift and throughout our stay very helpful and great tips about what to do in Zadar. Highly recommend. The flat is wonderful, we loved the bed - felt like sleeping on clouds!

It’s a great apartment but it is on the fourth floor.

The interior of the apartment is very modern and clean with excellent wi-fi and it’s in a quiet spot. You can watch Netflix on the TV when you want to relax but why would you when the Old Town is a very short walk away across the bridge. Mate was an excellent host who met us there and carried our cases up the stairs for us. He also had a bottle of wine and some chocolates for us which was wonderful.

Old Town location without old town prices.as its just over the bridge Friendly greeting by host even though our flight delayed and didn't get there till late. If you're a fan of big tvs the one in the bedroom is gonna knock you out!

Super nice apartment just meters from the center of Zadar. The building is old and has no elevator but the apartment is refurbished brillantly and equipped with everything you might need. Friendly and easy going host as well.

There was only 1 pillow and my partner likes her pillows! Maybe more pillows for those princess partners! haha

Apartment was stunning, clean and really great value. The host met us upon arrival to help with our bags and show us in. He kept in contact via whatsapp. He gave us some complimentary wine and chocolates on arrival as well as lots of restaurant recommendations. He also offered to help with activities but we had these already booked. The apartment was in a great location with a few minute walk over the bridge into the old town. There is also a well stocked supermarket 1 min walk away and a large Lidl slightly further away. Rooms are large with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Large TV's and aircon if needed. Would defiantly stay here again and would recommend. Separately would recommend visiting Plitvicka National Park and also doing a day trip tour to one of the island and amazing beaches.

Location is outside the old city, but it is a sort walk there. Buildings are generally not so well preserved in that area (when you look from the outside), so seeing the apartment from inside is a very very pleasant surprise. The host is super helpful with everything and always available. The apartment is clean, and fully equipped with everything you may (or may not) need (even Netflix, HBO, etc. on both TVs)! Design is also great, and the bed is super comfortable. Great value for money. The bottle of wine and the Raffaello's were also a nice welcome gesture!

Excellent service from our host, Mate. The apartment was in excellent condition and within walking distance to the old town in Zadar. There is ample free parking spaces around as well if you arrive by car. Mate was very helpful, waited for us to arrive to hand over the keys and the apartment itself is fully furnished to a very high standard and was without doubt one of the best we have stayed in. Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay in Zadar.

This apartment is very well located for the old town, literally 2 mins walk to the Riverside and Bridge. It's on the 4th floor, with good views over Zadar rooftops with a drying area on the roof if you wash anything. It's well kitted out and warm with a good shower and enough kitchen items to have breakfast and a simple meal. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates. We parked free at the door of the block and met who Mate carried our cases up which was great and showed us around. It's very clean and tidy with Mate on the end of the phone for anything you need. We slept well as it's very quiet.There's Netflix for relaxing with when you get in. You'll enjoy this little place and the only issue may be the stairs which caused us no problem but be aware there is no lift. We'd book again.

Perfect location to old town Zadar, only 10 minute walk. Our host arranged taxi for us and let us leave our luggage in a safe place on departure day. The cleaning lady was very kind. The apartment had everything we needed… even Netflix!

Please note the outside of the building is the opposite to the inside. It is an ex council flat building and you may get quite a shock. That being said, I would imagine most of the rental apartments are the same in Zadar.

There was no water supply in the apartment on the morning of our check-out, due to plumbing work in the block which made it extremely difficult with freshening up and getting ready for 10am checkout especially as we were heading to the airport for our return flight and had a long day ahead.

Wonderful apartment, extremely neat and clean with all facilities. All little things are very well thought through and made available in the apartment. The host was lovely and greeted us with a bottle of wine and chocolates, and gave us a good guide to the apartment and local area. Location is brilliant, just a couple of min to town.
