Excellent staff, particularly Fabian and Maté, really friendly and attentive. The breakfast staff made fresh orange juice and fresh coffees rather than via standard machine coffees. A great team, but also very clean rooms and excellent location. Great restaurant recommendations.

Excellent hotel, beautifully restored medieval palace. Very helpful and professional customer service. Located right in the centre of the historic old town so great for strolling to a restaurant or bar in the evening. Great breakfast.

The only thing I’d have wanted is a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. But that’s a very small thing!

I loved the decor in the room - surely more hotels should embrace GOLD and FRESCOES?! Breakfast was delicious with lots of food options, and the location couldn’t be more central.

The pillows are terrible, unfortunately.

The old house is like a miniature castle, so you feel very special spending a few nights there. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, quiet rooms.

The water in the bathroom did not have enough pressure. There was no kettle in the room.

In the heart of Šibenik, amazing and helpful staff, rich breakfast and spacious rooms! The staff made our stay unique! They even prepared a mini surprise for my parents’ anniversary! We will definitely visit again! There is parking just 4 minutes away and it costs 66 cents per hour which is reasonable!

There is nothing not to like.

Design of the hotel was well loked after. Feel like work of art. Everything was great. Very clean. Waiters at the breakfast are surprisingly very polite (since today that is rare). Room was spacious with nice view.

We enjoyed our stay at the Heritage Hotel very much. The hotel is clean, the interior is cozy and beautifully decorated, the rooms comfortable with excellent service. Everything at the hotel was more the I was expecting, Personel, Hotel, rooms, localisations. I highly recommend this hotel as the best I have ever stay at Szybenik so far. Many thanks to wonderful staff they hire, at the hotel !

The receptionist was rude, unpatient, and strange. We got only one roomshoe from the receptionist, after we went into the room. We didn’t understand that at all…

It was the middle of the old town. Closed to the sea.

Small bathroom and lack of space in bathroom and the room. Squeaky bed. Cot for our 2 month baby was forgotten. When we complained we did get the cot, but it wasn't assembled correctly, so I had to finish it. Sloppy.

Location can't be better in Šibenik. Good noise isolation.
