There waa water on the bathroom floor but it was cleaned up immediately when staff were notified. The hotel is about 1.5km outside the town uphill. There are buses every 20 min but we walked as it was too hot to wait fir the bus.

The original room on 5th floor had a non-functioning air con. It was over 32 degrees outside. A few hours of wrangling we eventually were offered changed rooms, but I'm sure so one unlucky couple will have been given that room. No offer of a fan or transfer to another hotel.

Breakfast was a fabulous choice with calm well spaced tables. Bedroom & bathroom nicely appointed. The pool - an oasis.

Swimming g pool is small and so not many sun beds. Due to its location only half the pool got the sun as well. You don’t go to Dubrovnik to sit around a pool but nice to have an hour when you return.

Perfect location. 20 min lovely walk into old town or bus stops opposite hotel. Exceptionally clean to very high standard. Staff so helpful and gave excellent service. Rooms very big and modern and clean. Breakfast gave plenty of choice and service was brilliant. We ate the 30 euro buffet one night and that was good. Wine and beer reasonably priced. Parking free in hotel car park and lots outside hotel too. Can’t recommend enough.

Everything was good. The prices at the restaurant for dinner was quite expensive though, portions were okay, but for that price would want bigger ones.

Good breakfast - you have everything (cereals, breads, rice cakes, grilled vegetables, cheeses, jams, sausages, eggs, coffee, tea etc..). The pool is nice, we always found a place near it, they have fresh towels at the pool too. You can order drinks or food at the pool from the hotel bar and restaurant

Excellent location, walked to many of the attractions with a bus stop close by if you do not want to walk. Concierge was incredibly helpful with a day trip to Montenegro. Pool was amazing as well as the Piano bar and restaurant. We had a wonderful time and will go back.

Secure parking is available, but is tight. Spaces are at a premium but we were accommodated.

Perhaps not typical as we were upgraded to the Hotel's private Villa on the waterfront which was fabulous. The main hotel looked very reasonable though, modern with a large bar area. Both venues are 15-20 minutes stroll to Dubrovnik old town.

Have to scratch around on this one but the shower head in our room (361) was somewhat temperamental. Although the pool is great, it would benefit from a splash of colour here and there. Really nothing to dislike.

This hotel genuinely strives to deliver the best possible service and takes any concerns or problems very seriously. The service from reception staff and concierges, room cleaning, maintenance and management were excellent. Thank you. Good location - close enough to walk into the old city, far enough out to escape the crowds. Regular bus service from the stop a few metres down the road.

It is a 2 km walk from the old town, and the way back is basically uphill, so we got a taxi, which has fixed rate of 15€

I could not figure out the aircon so we just had the window open, quite a lot of noise when garbage was collected each morning, limited free parking outside and with no option of making a reservation for a parking, small safe, would like to see more amenities in the bathroom

The room was quite modern, good lighting, we had ocean view, the breakfast buffet was not bad at all, there were bus stops nearby to catch the bus into the old town, wifi worked OK, free parking outside for the rental car

Lovely hotel well situated in Lapad about 25 minutes walk to city walk. Comfy beds and pillows. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The pool is a welcome retreat for relaxing in the mornings or after long days walking.

The pool closes at 18:00, even in summer, when the sun is still as hot and bright for the next 2h, which is a bit early, since most people return to the hotel to relax after day trips around that time.

Great breakfast and dinner options. Had a double room with a balcony which was perfect for two, also had 2 washrooms. Air conditioning was incredible in the summer heat. Hotel is close to the city bus line going to the old town. Plenty of drink and food options, since there's two in-house bars/restaurants in hotel.

The staff was amazing, so friendly, helpful, couldn't say enough nice things about the employees there. They made our stay so much fun. Loved having the use of the shuttle bus - so convenient. The staff was also helpful in booking day trips. Highly recommend!
