The studio didn’t really have a place to put our bags, and the A/C is in the kitchen/living space but not in the bedroom. These are minor issues for such a wonderful place!

Fantastic property, beautiful views, lovely pool and space around the pool to relax. Short walk to the tiny village of Maslinica. Dirk meet us where the bus dropped us off and drove us the short distance to his property. Highly recommended Villa Lemony and we hope to return with friends and rent out the whole place, absolutely loved our stay here!

Beautiful property with wonderful views and very comfortable for a group of 4 (we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment). The swimming pool was superb. Maslinica itself is very charming, and it is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Claudia and Dirk were amazing hosts, with lots of tips and recommendations and they made our stay wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Lemony and Maslinica and we hope to come back sometime!

There were 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a pool, all things we had forgotten were included and very welcome as it was very hot. It had a balcony with views over the harbour and we sat there quite often, particularly for breakfast and lunch. It was light and spacious.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Even the day it was raining was enjoyable.

We had the two bedroom apartment, which is a beautiful spacious bright modern apartment with amazing views across the marina. We only stayed three days but the apartment is fully equipped for even a longer stay. Our hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful with local tips and made sure we had a comfortable stay on every level. Everything in Masclinica is in walking distance, and combined with the views Villa Lemony makes for a great location. I will definitely be back again in summer and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Clean, perfectly fitted apartment with friendly and always approachable hosts Dirk and Claudia. Top located, just a few footsteps to the crystal clear water beach with a beachbar and also to the marina with its restaurants, small shops, a little bakery and a small supermarket. Couldn’t ask for anything more. 10/10, would book again anytime.

Villa Lemony is new and modern, as are the apartments. We stayed in the upper apartment above the pool with a beautiful view of Maslinica. The balcony is big enough to enjoy the view and the sun and even have meals. The coast is just a few steps away, the town of Maslinica with a variety of services and shops is within walking distance (three minutes). Dirk, the landlord, is practical and very helpful. Villa Lemony is certainly one of the best and chicest options to stay in Maslinica for a pleasant summer holiday.

Bear in mind that Solta is a smaller island and Maslinica is not the main town. There are no scooter hire and taxis come from the next town over. There is only one grocery shop and it is more expensive than the other Islands.

Fantastic swimming pool, Villa Lemony is very well located, private, close to the beach, shops, town, ferry and bus stations. Hosts are friendly and available and everything is very clean. The Studio Apartment is a good size for 2 people with all required amenities for a comfortable stay. The outside cinema was an amazing experience. Maslinica is breathtakingly beautiful and not commercialized and you can walk everywhere. The Bakery is open every day with lovely treats and fresh breads. Villa Lemony is well equipped for comfortable self catering.

The Villa is close to the beach and the center of Maslinica. We chose to stay here at the beginning of the summer season and were the only guests during our stay, which was awesome because we got to use the pool exclusively.
