Would have liked a coffee machine in the room for the price we paid but you can get one in the restaurant and there is a kettle for tea so not too bad. The beds are a little firm for our liking but that’s just a preference thing and not a deal breaker. The facilities in general were great. 😊

The hotel is beautifully designed with luxurious finishes. It feels a bit bigger than on the pics. I enjoyed the private feel of the balcony too. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront with beautiful views, so great for visiting the beach or a short walk to the old town. Check in was easy and communication with the hotel was great both before we arrived and while we were there if we needed anything. The pool facilities and views were incredible. The hotel staff were so friendly, helpful and polite. The Karma restaurant on the ground floor had a brilliant menu, stunning decor and friendly staff, not overpriced and well worth a visit. We ate there several times! Hope we can return one day!

Entrance ramp to the rear carpark was quite narrow and only to be negotiated very carefully! Probably in the minority here, but we could have made use of a real oven in the apartment, rather than just a microwave...

Great location just across the road from the beaches, with beautiful views from both the room balcony and the rooftop pool. Apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully equipped & furnished throughout.

Amazing view from the room and the rooftop pool. Also nice to be able to walk into the old town. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating- Petra was especially helpful for example with providing tips for places to eat. Also very convenient that there is a restaurant downstairs and being able to park at the property. The bed was also super comfy

Road construction/maintenance on the Karma street but fortunately not affected us much.

We had a pleasant stay at La Vista Suites. Then we actually forgot one of our chargers in the room - really appreciate that Petra very kindly organized a delivery for us. Want to also mention that we had great breakfasts at the Karma restaurant. Too bad they'll only open for dinner in June.

Only being able to stay for 3 nights :-(

We had a fantastic long weekend at La Vista Suites. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop pool deck and swim in the sea right infront of the property. The 30-40min walk along the seafront into the Old Town for sunset was a highlight too.

Location, modern design and all-around lux feel. Staff at reception was friendly and professional. One of the best beds we slept in a long time. Breakfast was a delightful culinary experience showcasing the region's flavors with a perfect balance of freshness and variety. Free parking at the location just adds to great experience overall.

The restaurant downstairs can be a little noisy but I’m sure that’s sporadic. Id still choose here over anywhere else.

New build and very good quality, up market fittings and layout. Great location with respect to the water and driving the area, nice easy scenic walk to old town, easy parking. I can’t recommend this stay enough.

Absolutely incredible view! The rooftop pool was amazing, watching the sunset from both my room and the roof was magical. Great location, easy to walk to town but quiet and peaceful. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Everything; both check-in and check-out were smooth and our request was granted to get the room from the higher floors. Staff/Owner was really helpfull and gave good tips to what to do in the area. Amazing restaurant out in the front and they had nice staff. Rooftop pool was unreal with the views directly to the ocean. You could order food and drinks from the downstairs restaurant directly to the pool. Room was big and had good hair products in the shower. Owner was thoughtful to leave us a nice bottle of Prosecco in the room to celebrate our anniversary during our stay! Short walk away from Zadar Old Town and right opposite of a clean beach. In case we visit Zadar again will definitely stay here.
