Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomLOVED staying here! First of all, the host was fantastic! He was so friendly, informative, and helpful - he was amazing. The apartment itself was huge - large bedroom, living area, bathroom and kitchen. With all of the amenities you would need. The location was also perfect. Within a 15-minute walk of every corner of old/new town. Almost everything we wanted to do was a 5-minute walk.

It was cozy and on the ground floor, so there was no need to walk upstairs or uphill. Host was a wonderful and amazing person and gave us good tips, especially about free parking, which was a hassle during our road trip in Croatia and a very nice person as well. It's placed in the center of the city and in a charming old pathway surrounded by old and new buildings and tons of good restaurants and shopping places and bakery and grocery stores. Highly recommended.

TaiwanThe only thing, the tiniest thing, is that they use shower curtains and not glass. Usually, it won't be a problem but the bathroom has a weird air circulation after we started running the hot water that brought the curtain to whoever was showering at that time.
The accommodation is great. I like how close it is to the city center and it's a treat just to walk around in the city. And it's easy to see how much thought was put in when decorating the house.

The owner of the apartment very nice and helpful. He has lived in rovinj all his life . The apartment was very newly decorated , modern + everything perfectly spotless. Great location in the old town area . The parking was $15 at a nearby restaurant and the owner picked us up and drove us about 5 minutes to the apartment . Great place with a nice host we would stay again !
