Location is excellent - 500m sandy beach, 800m central bus station, 500m old town and local market. There are 3 grocery stores nearby. If you leave the window open overnight, you will be woken up by church bells at 8:45 in the morning.

Host was extremely responsive, property was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Riva promenade 12 minutes walking, beach 5 minutes and grocery store 5 minutes. Great location ! Check in was simple and we used the airport shuttle which was reasonable and made our arrival easy.

The location was very close to the port and old town. The appartment itself had everything to ensure a nice stay. Besides, the host was super helpful and also adjusted to our flight schedules. Thank you very much for our stay and I would definitely recommened this appartment for a stay in Split

It didn't bother us, but there are a lot of steps to get into the apartment as it's on the top floor.

The host was very helpful and always at the end of the phone for anything. The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to the old town which you have to go and see and 2 mins walk to the closest beach. The room was stocked up with a few essentials in the fridge, which was a really lovely touch. The room had free toiletries in, so if you're travelling light, it's mega helpful. It had shower gel/ shampoo, sun tan lotion, beach towels , books to read, and most importantly, air con, which was a life saver. The apartment was lovely and peaceful and very spacious, we definitely noticed this when we came to a hotel in hvar and missed the space in the apartment.

The only down side is all the stairs( with no elevator) to get to our room but hey that is Europe.

Location is amazing. 4 min to the beach and 10 min to old town with all the shops restaurant and promenade. Comfy beds, included all the amenities to make stay more comfortable. Air con was good too. Host is excellent, very communicative and fast response on WhatsApp. Included Breakfast was a little deceiving as they just left food in the fridge to make ourselves. But still appreciative of the options. Had eggs bread and veg and coffee.

It is on the third floor of a building and we had massive suitcase but it really wasn’t a problem and also most places in split at like this

Beautiful little apartment only a short walk from the harbour, we booked last minute as we were getting off a week long sail and were unwell. Ask the owner if we could check in early due to this and they were so accommodating Got us in early and even stocked the fridge with some sandwich ingredients so we didn’t have to leave. Could not recommend any higher

The air-conditioned Appartment was super central and in a great location. It was clean, and mostly as described. We like adventure trips We did the "Zipline" with https://zipline-croatia.com/en/ It was great fun. We could easily go most places from the Appartment via very affordable public transport that works really well. ("Promet Split" is the app we used) There were nice restaurants close by, and we loved walking to the old town and down to the beach. The area felt super safe. There are plenty of tour operators to choose from, and we chose a half day speedboat tour with a speedboat. really great fun also. I would love to visit again.

It would assist if there was a pre-arrival email or one clear message with instructions. A friendly indication of who the message is from would also help. I also had issues paying. Please take note of the options when booking because if you don’t pay in advance, there are no card facilities so you will need cash (and ATM facilities have a crazy mark up) or bank transfer (from an Australian bank account, it wasn’t a simple process).

Great little place for a few nights - clean studio with some basic food/coffee supplies for your arrival. Location is in a quiet residential building a few blocks away from the beach and old town.

A very clean and well maintained apartment, located on a quiet street. It is very close to the port, from where you can take the boat to visit the surrounding islands. It is also close to the old town and Diocletian's Palace. The host is a nice person.

The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator access.

We were within walking distance of the harbor, the beach and shops. The place is amazing. Matea really did a great job with furnishing the apartment.
