Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsAccommodation was directly in the old city. It was close to everything. The owners were amazing, really friendly and open to help with anything that was needed. Cleaning was offered a lot of times - new towels as well. Looked even better than on the pictures. Couldn’t have wished for anything more. Will definitely come back someday :)

United KingdomThe location was very convenient in the centre of the old town right by the sea. The bathroom and bedroom was very clean top to bottom. The facilities, such as the shower, TV etc all worked perfectly. Moreover, the apartment host was very helpful and had good communication. Furthermore, the bed was very comfortable and we were very happy with the property we stayed in that we have no complaints.

United KingdomNothing , the actual room was perfect, getting in was a bit of a struggle but was easier second time round . The Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent could be better.
The room was beautifully decorated, small room but very very clean , modern , had all the facilities that were needed for a short & comfortable stay and I liked the little extras in the bathroom .The bed was very very comfortable , large shower, The position of the property was in the middle of it all , easy access to all the shops , restaurants , and the marina was a few steps way . Well recommended for a short stay .

Landmarks, a bakery, a market, cafes, supermarkets, bot dock and an airport shuttle bus stop are nearby. It was easy to feel the atmosphere of the city and imagine yourself, albeit not for long, a part of it.

This is a beautiful room with a gorgeous en suite. Communication from Maya was excellent, with clear instructions on how to find and get into the property. Don’t be put off by the block as you enter the room, it is so beautiful inside and right in the middle of the old town. Highly recommended and I would return.
