We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything! I could give 11/10 if I could! The girl at the reception was so kind and helpful, the staff in the restaurant too! The rooms were comfortable, beautifull and so fancy! Spa and fitness were included in the booking so we enjoyed some sauna and jacuzzi after one week trip in the car which was perfect. We enjoyed a dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was not expensive and really tasty. After the check-out, we had some time to spare and asked the reception girl if there is some place to kayak and - here it comes - she offered us a free kayak of the hotel and even recommended the route to the small waterfalls of Jankovica Buk! :D We were so positively surprised and really loved it!

Room was clean, newly renovated, AC worked well, we requested late check in and we were provided with that! Good stay for reasonable money, definitely recommended!

CroatiaA problem with the smell of drains in the bathroom, but if you close the doors of the bathroom you will sort this out for the time when you are in the room.
The hotel is totally new, from furniture to GYM equipment in the fitness part of the hotel. In rooms are good windows which you close and no sound from the street or The restaurant which is behind the room.
