We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe toilet seat was much too high. The other toilet seats in the hotel (bar, restaurant, pool, etc.) were normal heights but the one in our room was much too high. Some elements were dated or needed to me replaced/renovated. Air conditioner had trouble providing cool air.
Nice room with large balcony. Great view of the area. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions and providing suggestions. Pool area was great.

United KingdomCouldn’t sit by the pool as no umbrellas for shade, have to walk all the way round to the bottom grab area which isn’t convenient. Would be good if that bar had snacks as there was no food at all apart from ice creams. We also thought the 10% off bar voucher was reusable, a bit disappointing it was single use only.
Nice big balcony, good value for the room. Good cocktails at the bar too and appreciate the shuttle service to the beach and discount at local restaurants.

Czech RepublicLittle bit far from the beach, but there is a shuttle bus every hour in the morning and afternoon.
Room was spacious with amazing big terrace, the best one we ever had. Wellness area was perfect, with different saunas and swings for relaxing. Hotel doesn’t have too many guests, it was in peaceful area with olives and pine trees.

NorwayWe stayed a total of 11 nights at the hotel, in the period of cold spring weather, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The apartment was heated, the bathroom floor had heating; everything was technically of high quality and the beds exceptionally comfortable. It was tidy and clean and the staff were accommodating. All in all a very good stay. Very quiet, lovely natural surroundings.

Friendly staff. Modern, clean pool area with a nice pool bar. Parking. Free access to Medane beach club, 10 min by car or shuttle. Kids friendly. Affiliated restaurant at the harbor offers good dining just a short walk away.

United StatesThere was a smoke odor in the room. Perhaps it was not a smoke free room. The restaurant was not open for dinner or lunch which would have been a nice option.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for our visit. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and the beach facilities included were also very nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast team and the pool bar staff with the guy Dragon (i think this is his name). This time we came with our baby and our stay was just perfect. We been here second time but we will come back for sure. I recommend this Hotel to anybody its just great.
