The room was very spacious and nice, it has a balcony, a very nice view to see the sea. The breakfast was great, parking was spacious and facilities are good.

Nothing - all was as expected.

Everything exactly as described in the booking. Our Late check-in worked perfectly. Super clean and warm room, modern bathroom, nice balcony with view across the coast road to the little beach, great breakfast was included - Very early season, early May, so hotel was quiet as was the nice restaurant but everything was available, super clean and staff friendly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was really good and great value for money and the location was excellent. Every room has a sea/ marina view and just a short taxi ride out of old Zadar Town.

The location is a little far from Zadar but you can get a bus. More information at the hotel on transport etc would be great.

Stayed here on our last night in Croatia as it was convenient for the airport. Staff very pleasant. Great location - lovely view but don't be lulled to the beach opposite - go a bit further to the marina to the right.. It's a lovely spot (though you have to pay for sunbeds if you want one). Great for Aperol Spritz too. Back to the hotel- we had lunch here and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Room was great and comfortable. Would love to come back again.

Nice hotel if you want to stay far of the crowd of Zadar, 15' minutes from downtown and 10' from the airport by taxi/uber. Breakfast and room are well. In front of Hotel there is a small beach, nice and quiet (Hotel hasn't a private beach). Close is the Marina (D Marin), you can get it walking, 10' minutes, it's an amazing and marvellous place and beach, has a private and public sector, bar, restaurant and services, it's worth!

I think price is a bit higher than Dalmatian coast average for three star hotels. Besides, in balcony there is no stripe/equipment to hang out wet clothes, definitely a need .

Very easy location and beach is very close, almost couple of steps. Reception was friendly and they even served me breakfast even though I was late. New additional building, in which I stayed, all was good.

Quiet location small central area but not a negative as only stayed one night

Location lovely across from the sea and had nice balcony with sea view. Even though on main road was great to have sea view . Food in restaurant of the hotel was excellent and good value . Only 15 mins from zadar airport so great for stopover with short distance from airport

The facilities & amenities were old and this place needs to be renovated. The fridge was not working & the AC was barely working. We had most things that we wanted but there was no kettle available. We expected a more modern place, therefore the place underperformed our expectations.

we enjoyed the next to the road hotel concept that people who are looking to spend a night would stop by & rent a place here. Our room had a big shower and bathtub, which was a plus to our stay. Our room had a balcony with a sea view, although it was on the roof of the restaurant with ventilators surrounding it.
