United StatesFor national park hotel I satisfied with everything.
I read many negative reviews about this hotel but when I did really stay here it was not that bad at all. It was good and above my expectations, the best services of free shuttle to pick up or drop the guests off at bus station, the hospitality and helpful of staff, clean room, strong WiFi and good breakfast. The breakfast room is big and it accommodated large amounts of guest(tour groups)with no problems during my two days staying here. The best location just few minutes walk to entrance 2 and free shuttle to entrance 1 also right there. If I compare this hotel with many national parks that I used to stay ( more than 7), this is good hotel and already luxurious for national park hotel standards.

United KingdomI paid quite a bit extra for a lakeside room - there is no view of the lakes due to tall trees around the property. Hotel staff did not tell me that, according to the National Park website, when I bought an entry ticket they could extend it for free for subsequent days so I ended up paying every day for my 3 day visit.
Fantastic location by the quieter entrance to Plitvice Lakes (although 250 steps down to the entrance). Very helpful staff, good facilities, large car park. Good breakfast spread, but orange squash not juice and poor coffee.

Maybe it wasn’t enforced?? No air conditioning and the hotel houses lots of big groups. It’s very outdated!

ArgentinaThey really should have an ac or a fan for summer. The heat was unbearable at night.
The hotel is very well located, the entrance to the park is only a 5 minutes walk distance. The room was spacious but the shower was small. The deco and facilities are old, kinda like a ski mountain hotel, its not the niciest hotel you will stay in but I think it’s just worthy just for the location.

GermanyNo air conditioning..It can get a bit uncomfortably during summer in croatia. The drinks in the mini bar in the room is not complimentary they will charge for it during checkout.
Literally inside the park. After a busy day at the park its quite comforting to stay nearby. Excellent complimentatry breakfast buffet. Good buffet options for dinner at 22euros per person. Lunch is only ala carte. We didnot like the salad that much and found it to be a bit expensive. I would suggest the buffet for breakfast and dinner but ofcourse you don't have any other option for lunch. ATM, convenience store available in the same building.
