Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustriaBreakfast seemed a little chaotic, but I would guess from the number of people the hotel was fully booked. Opening up the additional space in the dining are could have helped. Food was great though.
Good location, we were in Zagreb to see a concert at the Hipodrom and it was a short walk away. Parking facilities were available in the neighboring parking lot with a direct link to reception. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room was new, clean and super comfortable. Breakfast I didnt pay in advace as we didnt know do we want to use it, on the end we decided to join and paid 10Eur per person on spot. Food and servcie was great. Parking is connected building so very comfortable for use.

The room is the best designed room for families we've ever seen. It is one big room, but a double bed in a separate room with TV and drinks facilities. It's absolutely perfect. I'm just disappointed we weren't staying for longer so we could enjoy it The breakfast was incredible, I mean, I can't think of anything else they could have offered, the works!! The lady in the restaurant was so kind to our girls, she offered to help, was on hand if we couldn't find anything, and made us feel so welcome, such a warm, kind lady.

ArgentinaWhen staying to eat at the restaurant it can be confusing that they have 2 different menus. One for the bar with its range of meals, and another for the restaurant with different options. I had the buffet option, but I didn't find the option on the menu.
Very comfortable and clean, the room very large, as did the bathroom which had a bathtub. The staff was super attentive, they were aware of what you needed. The breakfast is amazing, so many variety of things to choose from.

Isle of ManWe arrived late and was very tired. Decided to make coffee, switch kettle on which tripped the electricity off for the whole family room. A call to reception and eventually they replaced a kettle. Aircon in the family non existence even though it's on full. We couldn't sleep the whole night 😒
The breakfast was amazing specially for Melchor and Neil both filipinos serving us. Very friendly service.
