Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had left an apartment that just wasn’t up to the rating and booked in here at 10:30 at night .. the reception at that time was excellent and they were very helpful throughout our stay . The room itself was absolutely spotless and clean . The bed very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. Although the property is on a main road there was no outside noise at all. It might seem to be a way out of town but it was a one dollar ten minute tram ticket into the city . Trams are very frequent. The bus station is across the road and there is pub around the corner as well as supermarkets, sandwiches and pharmacy . If ever I get back there I’d book in again .. excellent

I love that it is located next to the bus station. Hence it is great for transfers and travelling the next day to another city or to the airport. The location is quiet and located next to many bakeries so you are spoilt for food options if you want to try some Croatian pastries. Service is exceptional. All the staff are all so patient and kind and accommodating. I asked for a little more time for check out and they were very accommodating and did not rush me. After I checked out, they also offered me some croissants and tea before my flight. Stellar service!

United KingdomI was not expecting a breakfast, so getting one was a welcome surprise, but it could use a bit more variety. Other than that it was a great hotel.
It's a beautiful hotel, lovely big rooms with nice rainfall showers, comfortable beds etc. it's also very conveniently located by many trams and the Zagreb bus station for easy transport. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Excellent location just 2 minutes from the bus station, and a 20 mi Ute walk in to Zagreb Centre. Really good bathroom (wet room) and shower. Very quiet in the room.

SwitzerlandI really enjoyed my stay at iNova. it's a stylish hotel located right next to the bus station of Zagreb. the staff is very friendly and helpful. there are delicious croissants and coffee & tea free of charge for breakfast. the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the bed is super comfortable and it's quiet despite being next to the street - I had a great nights sleep. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.
