Location is amazing. 10mins driving to Plitvice lake gate1. Room was very clean but no living room. Also kitchen was just enough for making tea or coffee. The owner Mara was very cheerful lady and her breakfast setup is also beyond the imagine like luxury hotel. (12€ each) We also made sandwich from breakfast leftover and brought to the park activity. Environment around house was beautiful forest. We had a great morning walk.

If you want to take a break from the city, visit a cozy place, visit the famous Plitvice Lakes - then this is the place for you. Soft and pleasant strength. Plitvice lakes are 10 minutes away by car. The owner of Apartment Leonarda is a very nice lady Mara and her husband. The room has everything and even more. She takes care of everything. If necessary, even clothes will be pressed and ironed, better than in a dry cleaner. The apartment didn't include a barbecue, we asked if they didn't have it by accident, she solved this issue. Provided everything for this. That was very kind. We had a very good rest. The room is very comfortable. They always asked if everything was fine with us. My family is very grateful for a comfortable vacation.

First of all the host is super nice and welcoming. We immediately felt very welcome when we arrived. This and the appartement being very clean and having the best shower weve had all vacation was a massive plus.

The second bedroom has no A/C...we worked around it by keeping all the doors open so that the A/C in the main bedroom could cool the other room.

Host Mara is very friendly and inviting. It's a beautiful quaint property! Love the beautiful gardens and patio with covered grape trellis. The rooms were comfortable. We stopped at Tommy grocery store and picked up few things to cook a nice breakfast before our hike at Plitvice. It's close to the park. Mara also recommended a fabulous restaurant - we loved it so much we went there twice.

No lift. So be ready to carry your bags upstairs. Shouldn't be an issue for younger people.

It's a beautiful house. The owner lives in the same building. The 2 bedroom apartment has a large living cum dining cum kitchen where u can hangout. Beds r comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner Mara spared us a few tomatoes and onions which we were short of. Good overnight stopover for Plitvince Lake. U can have a short countryside morning walk which we did. The owner is very helpfull

Less than 10 min from Plitvice lakes you can find a little paradise: beautiful, silent and surrounded by nature. Very friendly owner, Mara, met us in spite of the late hour, we arrived near 9 PM. Beer and other drinks waited in the fridge. Apartments are very clean and big, 2 bedrooms and a living room, with all the required facilities. At least for 5 people. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large with spacious shower. We found a good restaurant, less than a minute from Mara's house in the center of Grabovac. Later we found a lot of restaurants in any direction. Unexpectedly we got a breakfast with tasty pancakes. Highly recommend! Dear Mara, Thank you very much! Several tips about surrounding area: Plitvice lakes: check what entrance is more convenient, we found that route "H" from entrance 2 is better for us. Mreznica kayaks - very good for all. See in youtube. We did it with https://kupa-sports.com/en/home/ Viewpoints: a lot of them nearby, like the one with a view to big Plitvice Waterfall, while entering Plivice Selo (near 44.90252899651419, 15.60733099982473), no need to pay.

Placed close (10 minuts by car) to parkplaces of Plitvicka Lakes offers very cosy stay in spacious apartments. Very good restaurant (Degenija) and few shops with everything you need are in the area. Very friendly owner, Ms Mara ! Exceptional brekfasts! Highly reccommended!

It was 10 minutes to the park, very convenient location, very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind and welcoming, always tries to do more. You have to try the breakfast, it is seriously the best we had in Croatia.
