Lovely place, quiet in the mountains and on short distance from Plitvice When walking for 3 kms you get to the spot where you see the big waterfall from above, loved it!

Unfortunately the warm water wasn't running warm enough. The reason was unclear. Otherwise everything was perfect.

If you keep in mind that this is a guest house and not a hotel, then this place is amazing. Marco was kind enough to reserve for us a room with the bathroom inside and everything was perfect. The price is really good for what was offered and the close location to the park was helpful. We ate at the small restaurant next to our accomodation and the food was excellent, bith dinner and self-serve breakfast. Highly recommend, we hope to come back ❤️

The private bathroom is seperate to the room, across a corridor with other rooms on it. The bathroom was barely big enough for two people to brush their teeth at the same time.

The studio apartment was spacious and the balcony was a bonus. As we were travelling around we need to do some washing and althouthere is no washing machine the owner happily did this for us. So good we stayed an extra night.

The bathroom is very small with only a shower curtain separating the shower, so everything gets wet in a second.

The guest house is located in a beautiful village near to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The view is truly amazing! It is located near (approx 10 minutes) to the entrance of the National Park. The apartment is clean and perfect for 3 people.

Friendly and warm hosts, chilled out vibe. Room and bathroom as described, comfy and clean. The kitchen is great and a nice social space to meet other travellers. Lots of utensils and everything you need including coffee machine for fresh coffee (stock up your food before arriving). The surroundings views of the mountains at the property are amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor wood fire bbq for dinners after great day at Plitvice lakes. Recommend a visit or stop at village if Rastoke in Slunj (30 minutes drive north) and the H route via Entrance 2 for Plitvice lakes to see most with little less walking (bus to top, walking down, boat across and bus back). We arrived at Plitvice Lakes at 2pm and it was quieter than morning and made it round for last buses back at 6:30/7pm.

Our stay was perfect. The room was very cozy and comfortable. It was a pleasure to be able to use the barbecue at night and Marco was very kind and attentive to us. The location is also great if you visit Plitvice Lakes!

Nothing really. The descriptions and pictures on booking.com were accurate, so our expectations were met.

We were received by some very friendly and warm people on a stunning, beautifull location. We stayed here for 1 night, so we could see the Plitvice Lakes. The room wasn't very spacious and the bathroom wasn't new/luxurious, but that's what you can expect for this very cheap price. The room simply had everything you'll need, especially if you're just staying for 1 or a few nights.

Kitchen is shared and its not part of the room (maybe its in the description but the photos are a bit misleading). The walls are really thin so we woke up at 6 because the people next door were constantly talking (and I was sleeping with earplugs but still) :(

The location is great, 12 minutes from Plitvice Lakes National Park (by car). There is a nice terrace and fireplace outside and a big garden and field - ideal for watching sunsets 😊 Staff was nice, dogs are allowed which is always a big plus.

Walls are like paper. You can hear everything from neighbouring rooms. If a light sleeper this will impact you.

Excellent little studio, comfy beds, good size room, kitchen with cooking facilities. Free parking round the back, no more than 10 minute drive to Plitvice entrance 1. Supermarket about 10 minute drive away. Nice quiet location. Friendly helpful host :)

Great view, size, kitchen and shower with parking just behind. There is also a little shopping centre 5k which has coffee, super market, pharmacy, general store and petrol station Close to waterfalls

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Everything about the apartment is great. The hosts are amazing. The location is very close to Entrance 1 of the National park. Very beautiful apartment, very clean, comfortable. I would love to come again.
