Very conveniently located @ 15 minutes walk to entrance 1 of Plitvice Park. Nice Balcony overview of green beautiful landscape and rocking chair in patio to enjoy the nature. Even though we have checked out, the owner has let us to park our rental car, while we visited the Park. Owner has even offered us to carry our luggage upstair. Very comfortable bedding with coffee and tea in room.

House Biba & Leona is very well situated about ten minutes walk from Entrance One. It is a large property in a peaceful and tranquil setting, with nice places to sit outside. Our room was beautifully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good - there was a lot of choice and it was huge! Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. When we arrived we were picked up at the bus stop, which we were very grateful for as we had a lot of luggage.

Air conditioner leaked a bit and not sure if I’d do the breakfast again rather than similar quick breakfast items from grocery store, but was nice breakfast/ all very nice. Staff/family was great. Cash only, but that was as advertised. Thanks for great stay:)

Very nice property and room- meticulously maintained. Very close to park entrance 1. Owners/operators seemed to take great pride in the business. We were given very helpful advice for our trip to Plitvice, and were offered to leave car there and walk to park.

If you don’t have a car, the only issue is that to have dinner there is only one (not so great) place 15 min away and at night it is not a very comfortable walk so to keep that in mind.

I loved the place. The room was spacious and clean. The park is 15min walk from the house. Breakfast was delicious. The host was very welcoming and they accommodated an early check in and dropped me to the bus stop on my departure. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved everything.

Superbl homely accomodation. Host made us very welcome. As we had no car waw collected from the bus station. During our stay kindly took us to a lovely restaurant on a nearby village. Would highly recommend Biba & Leona

Don't think anything could be improved really. Nothing to dislike.

Lovely upstairs room, with its own sitting area, in a charming house at the end of a very quiet road. 15 minute walk to Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. Great location. Stayed two nights, short walk to a great restaurant down the road. Sat on the balcony for drinks. Very helpful, knowledgeable host. Private parking. Fantastic place would recommend.

Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night.

We wanted a place close to Plitvitce National Park that wasn't too pricey since we would only be there for one night. House Biba and Leona far exceeded our expectations. When I asked our host where I might be able to buy a plug adapter since mine broke, she just gave me one that she had to save me the trouble of finding one. The locations is walkable to the park but she also offered us some free parking closer.

Boba & Leone was very nice, spacious and clean, with a beautiful outdoor area. The host and hostess were extremely nice and helpful. They gave us a specific advice on visiting the park, and entrance 1 was a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely choose this bed-and-breakfast if ever I am in the area again.

We liked everything: the room, the yard, the breakfast, the location, the hosts! Incredible service! We were very grateful for the rides from and to the bus station. The hosts were very accommodating. The place was beautiful and so peaceful!

Fantastic location to the National Park. Great tip from the host of how to plan your trip into the park. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing. 15-20 min walk from the entrance 1 of the park.

Lovely, quiet place, so handy for entrance one of the lakes. The owner was really helpful picking us up and dropping us off early in the morning with our luggage. (Walkable but we were glad not to have to wheel our suitcases). Highly recommended.

No prepayment for accommodation and not advised in advance that cash payment was required. Definitely Require a car - unfortunately the weather was wet & cold so the 15 minutes walk to Entrance 1 seems a much longer walk in the pouring rain! 6 or so minutes drive to good restaurants for dinner.

One of three rented apartments upstairs in this Beautiful home and grounds. Spacious and beautifully furnished. Large comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast provided for a reasonable additional fee. 15 minutes walk to Entrance 1 of Plitvice National Park. Appreciated being able to leave our car there whilst we visited the park.

Lovely guest house in perfect spot to get to Plitvice Lakes Entrance 1. Only a 15 minute walk. Leona, our host was lovely and an excellent cook - breakfast was wonderful and it was not an issue that we wanted an early start. Would definitely rebook the next time we are in the area.
