We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandI had an incredible stay at Hotel Excelsior in Dubrovnik. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the city center, yet beautifully situated to offer a peaceful atmosphere. The room with a sea view was stunning, providing breathtaking views of the Adriatic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the best of Dubrovnik!

AustraliaOur particular room was possibly the only one in the full hotel that had a substantial pillar, part of the structure, at the end of the bed. Also, the terrific view from our window looked out at the balcony of one of the other rooms. Otherwise very comfortable.

Australiathe position of hotel makes it VERY difficult to call taxi’s or transfers. Couldn’t get a taxi cause it was raining (too much traffic) couldn’t get our pre-arranged (4 times) transfer on departure cause of too much traffic, again! Hotel also failed to provide arrival airport transfer, pre-booked once again.
About 10 min walk past old town, great views over the water to Dubrovnik old town. Great terrace restaurant/bar to chill at the end of a hot day. Really cool ocean sunbathing area, right on rocks with direct access to ocean. Staff friendly and helpful as much as they can be.

I wanted to stay on the water near the city walls of Dubrovnik. This property has it all, location and the luxury of great space (with food service) by the water. Nice balcony on the top floor of the original hotel with a great view of the old city harbour. The breakfast offerings are excellent! Staff is very accommodating to any requests.
