We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Close to Zagreb main train station, helpful staff, great value for money, well equipped and clean apartment you wouldn't expect being part of a hostel. Quiet air condition.And quiet location as well. Late check in was available.

United KingdomOnly thing that could be better was the kitchen space as it was pretty worn.
A great stay with really comfortable bedding and secure storage being the highlight of this hostel. The staff were extremely kind and kept the rooms and common spaces extremely clean with nice modern bathrooms fitted. I had to store my luggage after checking out on the final day and the hostel offers storage between €1/2 depending on how long you keep it in there which is very reasonable.

We booked a double room and we got a spacious apartment across the street. The apartment offers more than a budget room. Air condition worked well, it was quiet and clean. We can recommend 100%. Whoever prefers luxury can book the Hilton Hotel around the corner.

TurkeyThe facility was cleaner than I expected and I saw that it was cleaned every morning. The only thing I can say is that the toilets can be cleaned once more at noon and air freshener can be used for odor in the toilet.
I was able to communicate very easily as all the staff spoke good English. The staff were very friendly. It was very close to the city center, so I had the chance to visit the property again for relaxation. It was very close to the airport, main bus station and train station.
