We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainUnfortunately, there was a problem with the Wifi during my stay, and it created quite an inconvenient for me. The hosts tried the best, but it was not possible for them to fix it on time. Constructive feedback: the kitchen could be cleaner.
The hosts were adorable, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious, also the patio quite pretty.

Brazilthe environment is like no other! There is something really special in the air and all of us could feel it. the room was cozy, the bathroom was almost like a spa (that shower was incredible) and the kitchen is an experience - a lovely little sparate place where you can cook and then eat outside :)

United Kingdomthis hostel in sibenik was just as nice as the very first one i stayed at in zadar! the dorm was clean/spacious and had lockers too. The bathroom was clean & spacious with hooks on the door. it had large communal areas upstairs and down. A large spacious kitchen. Lots of areas to meet other guests. This family run hostel felt like being in a family home with super helpful friendly accommodating and informative staff - i liked it so much i came back for a longer stay. violetta and her son go out of their way to help you out and recommend great places they really help you enjoy the local area providing heaps of information. This family work super hard to make it a clean and enjoyable relaxing place to stay so please help them by keeping areas like the kitchen and rooms and bathrooms clean - i noticed the odd guest treated it like a hotel and left the staff to clean up the kitchen and bathroom instead of cleaning up after themselves. I found this hostel perfect ... Also there was plenty of space to dry clothes after returning from swims or if washing clothes. It was so close to everything and also despite being so close to the bus station it was quiet and soundproof. As a female solo traveler this place was great it had a mix of guests of all age groups and all styles of traveler some returning year after year

DenmarkExpensive as we stayed in August - but that’s just Croatias prices escalating in the tourist season. The only thing I was missing was a curtain on the bunkbeds for some privacy, otherwise 10/10, one of the best hostels we’ve stayed at!
Really amazing hostel! The owner is very helpful and sweet. The bunkbeds were amazing and the bathroom was very big and looked brand new. Air conditioned rooms and a very cozy kitchen! Also a great location!

CroatiaI have chosen Hostel Splendido for my first stay in Šibenik and was more than pleasantly surprised with the experience. From the outstanding cleanliness of the whole object, to the comfortable beds, and the absolutely amazing hosts, everything was top-notch. The hostel's serene outdoor lounge space was the icing on the cake! Definitely returning here during my next stay in Šibenik!

My stay was literally splendid. A perfect location particularly for a traveler coming to/leaving from Sibenik by bus, as the bus stop is only 2 mins away on foot. Almost all the sightseeing spots of Sibenik are within a walking distance - even the farthest one can be reached in 20 mins. The owner was a wonderful person and she gave me valuable travel advice of Sibenik from a local perspective. The room was clean, very spacious and peaceful.
