Don’t bother with the day spa, it’s not what you’d expect at a 5 star hotel, disorganized and expensive for what you get. Not a true spa experience, more like a massage you’d find in the city.

Booked executive room, so we could access the lounge. But it was so full of people, small and not a big variety of snacks. so never went back to it. Some of the staff at breakfast restaurant were very unfriendly.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, rooms are specious and very clean. Very friendly reception staff, always helpful. Very nice breakfast.

The hotel was pure luxury. The location was perfect, you could walk almost anywhere. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful. The Imperial Bar was one of our favourite spots. The buffet breakfast had so much choice and in addition you could select from a hot menu. Would highly recommend.

The Hilton Imperial is a wonderful hotel. It is beautifully traditional with a modern flair. The location was ideal, being just minutes from the old town. Staff were exceptional and very welcoming. Rooms were very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is amazing and you can walk to the Old Town where all the attractions and excursion are. The staff at the hotel were fantastic very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay nothing short of fantastic

Amazing location right next to old town...staff superb in every department...Club lounge was particularly good with great staff and good choices for breakfast and evening snacks..also spotless...dinner in the main restaurant t was outstanding and much cheaper than most restaurants ts in old town!!

Short walk to the entrance of the Walls of Dubrovnik. Staff were friendly and most helpful. Spacious and clean room. Beautiful bluish hue in the room carpeting and around the hotel. Lovely view from the window.

Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik is one time life experience you must have! For those who are clients of Hilton hotel chain, this one is far above many others hotels from the group. Extremely well positioned, at few steps from the entrance to Old Town with a stunning view to the fortress. All personnel was extremely professional and kind during our stay. Rooms are very beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was simply delicious and with many options covering all needs. We would chose each and every time Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik.

I would have much preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned properly on a daily basis. For example, we dropped crumbs on the floor and they were still there when we left 3 days late, as was a dirty glass on the balcony and a food wrapper. The indoor pool wasn’t very inviting and really let down the vibe of the hotel. It is crying out for an outdoor pool.

Breakfast was very good indeed. Plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was pretty perfect. The room was ok, the bathroom felt dated and the shower over the bath would have been better as a walk in shower.

Air conditioning in the room was centrally turned off at night and it was too hot and too hot.in the morning. Shower was difficult to put on.

Hotel staff were efficient and kind. Hotel was delightful, food was very good and we enjoyed the Executive Lounge.

Facilities in spa were not as good, no shampoo and conditioner and shower gel left me with a rash.

The staff were exceptional- I needed to use their wheelchair due to injury before travel - everyone - even the maintenance man offered me help! The bar stay kept me topped up with iced water without my asking. Very subtle but thoughtful touches.
