I can't remmember anything we did not like.

We were there for only one night, but we loved the hotel. It's very well located, next to the main attractions of split, the staff is nice, the bed and shower were great. We tought the hotel to be very cozy.

The view was towards a courtyard and a staff enterance in the back where some trash and recycable bottles where stored. If I would have known I would have requested a room further up. But was only there for one day.

Perfect location in the middle of it all. Located at a beautiful square with their breakfast patio overlooking it. Spacious room with comfortable beds and clean and modern bathrooms. Great breakfast buffé that was included in the price.

It’s not a complaint but be aware that cars are not allowed in the old town area so you have to wheel your luggage about 700 meters. Ask at the front desk as there is someone who will cart your things down to the car park for around 30 euro.

Everything from location, ambience and staff made our stay perfect. The rooms were bright and airy and the breakfast was amazing. In addition to the buffet, you were also able to order off the menu at no additional fee.

Our room 111 had a window toward a light shaft. It gave limited daylight to the room, no view and in combination with bars on teh window, you got the feeling of being in a prison. But if you draw the curtains, the room was OK. And the bathroom was flawless!

The breakfast was amazing! They had everything you could ever think of for breakfast. The rooms were just above a very popular square and noisy if the windows were open. However, if you closed the windows, it was very quiet! The location is perfect. Just steps from Diocletian's Palace.

The only minor issue was that the rooftop bar (which we had hoped to use for evening drinks) wasn't available due to refurbishment works. The hotel could have done better in letting us know about this before our trip.

What a wonderful hotel! Perfectly located in a lovely square within the walled old city, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast one of the most interesting and generous I have enjoyed in a hotel, with both the usual suspects and numerous local breakfast items (and delicious coffee). Our room (twin beds) was comfortable, a good size with a modern and spotlessly clean bathroom. Even though it was directly opposite the lift, it was very quiet, too. We ate at the hotel restaurant (sitting outside on the square). The waiting staff were attentive. The food was a little pricey but delicious (I heartily recommend the Dalmatian beef stew.)

This really was the perfect place to stay in Split - great location in the Old Town and yet quiet, with stylish, well- equipped rooms and friendly staff.

Iron and ironing board available just to quick press clothes before going out. Kettle and other hot drink options ie. tea rather than just coffee option in room. More obvious way to order freshly cooked omelettes and other options at breakfast and labelling what some items were on the buffet tables. Security wise, should only be able to use/enter lifts to rooms if have a room key.

Excellent location. 24 hour reception. Noise reduction/glazing very good as on a public square. Very good air conditioning. Great bathroom/shower. Spacious room.
