The location and hotel were gorgeous. The staff were kind, helpful, and had great suggestions for restaurants. The multi-course breakfast was elegant and delicious. Be sure to let them know when you are arriving and they will meet you at your transportation at the entrance to the palace and take your luggage to your room. You are inside the palace which is amazing.

It’s a beautiful property with so much attention to details. It feels like diving into history with all of your modern comforts. Not to mention the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay, the town and make the right dinner reservations! This place is 5 stars. And the bed was incredibly comfortable!

Parking is a challenge and can be expensive but the staff are helpful in securing a spot.

Overall, our stay was incredible. The property is beautiful and well cared for, and very clean. The staff are extremely kind and caring and they all go above and beyond to make your stay incredible. Ivan and Edita were very friendly and always helpful. Ivan helped us with our plans and even created a driving itinerary for us for one day of our trip, which we were very grateful for. The location and property were beautiful but it was the kindness of the people who worked there that made the stay feel welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was in a lovely courtyard outdoors, and the staff there were incredibly genuine and kind too. The server Carla remembered our preferences from the days before which we thought was very impressive.

There was nothing that we did not like

The location of the hotel is perfect & as soon as you step through the door you know that it is a beautiful place to stay. Rooms are so comfortable & the enormous bed ensures you of a good night sleep. The staff were all amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay.

The breakfast was excellent and unexpected! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in giving us further information for excellent restaurants to eat supper. Breakfast was amazing! We really liked the staff as well, Josip, Mario and Jerome. I did leave an item there, and hoping to work with them to send. The bathroom was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. Location couldn't be beat!

Perhaps the best place we’ve ever stayed. Superb staff! Extremely helpful, wouldn’t let us carry anything. Super easy parking and transfer. Hotel in heart of Diocletian Palace. A bit pricey but very well worth it.

Location is perfect. Only a few steps to the square and seaside. Very clean and well managed hotel with high quality interior. Reception was very kind and always ready to hep us. Breakfast was also very good.
