We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was extremely helpful and did all they could to make our stay comfortable.

The staff were exceptional especially the lovely lady who worked the breakfast shift - so pleasant, friendly...made us feel like family. We enjoyed the room with the balcony #4. It was a nice treat to sit and read outside while listening to the bustle of the town. This is such a quant hotel - loved it!

We can't recommend Heritage 19 Hotel enough. The property is just a quick 10-minute walk from the ferries and the heart of Diocletian's Palace. The hotel was spotless, the room was modern and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The bedding was soft, and the minibar had a few essential items. The hotel also features a private garden where you can enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Most importantly, Antonia and the staff were exceptional—helpful, friendly, and always up for a great chat. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to friends and family. Staff was amazing (especially the lady), very helpful and their only goal is guests to feel warmly welcome. Location is perfect, right in the heart of center yet still very guiet. We highly recommend this hotel, one of the cutest and best we have ever been.

United KingdomYou can hear people very late at night even though we had no windows onto the street. It’s not bad value for money for Split but a little pricey compared to other comparable places we stayed in our 9 days in Croatia
The building itself and the courtyard are very nicely converted and our room was lovely. Staff were all delightful and knowledgable about the area, restaurants beaches.. and about the wine they served etc. Excellent breakfasts. Lots of bars and restaurants near by but it’s a little oasis
