Great location, really beautiful villa. Unfortunately I got sick with food poisoning but they were so helpful and promptly arranged for a medic to see me and provide medication. Very friendly and welcoming - would definitely recommend.

Missed a power strip with extra socket, to plug in the tv and encoder. When we booked it we thought one of the pictures would be our room, the pictures correspond to the rooms with balcony.

Location. Right in front the arboretum and the plane tree, 25 min by car to Dubrovnik. Lady was kind. Free parking. The terrace was nice. The room was good for one night, clean and has the menage for cooking.

The unit is located next to a VERY busy road. (The main connection between Split and Dubrovnik). There is traffic 24/7 and a lot of noise from it.

We didn’t like the proximity to the main road and the hidden entrance from the road.

Free and convenient parking. Close proximity to the Plantan trees and the botanical garden. Nice view from the balcony.

Apartment had everything but was a bit small and basic. On the main road so traffic noise especially on the balcony. Fine for a night or two.

Wonderful friendly host, happy to help with anything. Beautiful view from the balcony of the larger room, especially watching the lightning storm as it has a good roof to shelter under.

Room was clean but slightly worn out. Water from shower didn't flow freely away. A bit unexpected was the host request during check-out to empty the rooms trashbins and take the trash to bins somewhere around the corner (found them outside property).

Outside very nice house and exceptional garden. Dedicated parking place inside yard. Polite host. Our room good for one night stay.

The room is not 25 m2 even counting the balcony. Linen are a bit old, but generally it was a comfy small room. The location is in the middle of nothing (not a fault of accommodation, of course) - no stores or restaurants. The host was nice, because helped with car parking, however a bit bossy, we felt not a warm welcome, but a set of rules and “you should be leaving soon, at 10”. I wouldn’t stay here for more than one night.

Close to Dubrovnik. As for Dubrovnik good value for money.

The lack of basic services, treatment by the owner - she was mean and disrespectfull. I Ve never had any problems with any of my bookings before. I am still trying to process it

The room was extremply dirty. The toilet was not cleaned from previous guests. I arrived with my family very tiered at this place and the owner was very rude. It was my firt time that i travel through booking to encounter such a wellcome from the owner.

The staff, the old lady who is the owner, was so rude, we asked for a toilet paper roll and she said go buy it yourself. We asked if she could make us a coffee in the morning, one coffee, she got mad and started to talk about how we didn’t rent any drinks or coffe or toilet paper. In the morning when we had a flight at 7 am, she said that we need to clean everything up after ourselves, but that is her job. All the time she was just so rude and selfish. The other guests from Germany got treated like kings because they had a little more expensive room than us. Do not rent please, I swear it’s the absolute worst booking i’ve seen ever.

Location is perfect - not far from Dubrovnik, but at the same time you can enjoy peace and quiet time. The owner is a wonderful woman - very helpful and caring. Dogs are allowed (it is very important to me!!!). Highly recommend.

Beautiful balcony to have breakfast on. The owner is super-attentive and helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The Arboretum is just across the road and nice options to walk start directly from the house. Trsteno is not as crowded as other places along the coast and a very relaxed place to be, though close to everything (it's only about 30 min drive to the Dubrovnik old town). Also to note: We travelled with our dog and the owner loves dogs which made it extra nice.

Beautiful grounds, very clean. Across the street from steps down to the sea. Right next to the arboretum. Owner lives on site. Alert her before you arrive and she will meet you at the end of the driveway. We only stayed one night, but it is equipped for a longer stay with well stocked kitchen
