The only downside to this property is probably the walk into town which is about 20-30 mins. As mentioned, it is super convenient to the bus station though.

We picked this property for the proximity to the bus station. It's also very close to McDonald's and a couple of supermarkets. The apartment was compact but comfortable, and we enjoyed the little outdoor terrace. Although all communication was online and we didn't meet any staff, they were very responsive and we appreciated their flexibility with check in and out.

Easy to find and clear information in advance about gaining entry. Could not have been better situated for our purpose, a short walk from the main bus station, where we arrived on airport bus in the evening and departed from early next morning on tourist bus to Trogir/Split. The apartment was well maintained and equipped and very clean. It was accessed from a courtyard away from the main road so wasn’t noisy and the added bonus was it had an outside garden area with seating. Very close to a good supermarket as well

Such a handy location for the bus station and short walk to the beach with good aircon.. Great value. In duplex room I had a nice terrace comfy bed, good pillows. It was quiet despite being near busy road.

Wifi is very weak in the room but compensated with cable tv channel. Pillow is too flat with very little pillow filler that is uncomfortable to sleep (we used the small cushion instead).

Location, which is just next to the bus terminal and within 20 minutes walk to the old town. Generally clean but can be better (there was an opened tea bag in the tray). It is good for an overnight stay.

Didn't have a coffee maker, as indicated in listing. Slow shower drain. A bit small if staying more than a night or two.

Good location, a few minutes walking from a center. There is a free parking space inside the property, it is handy. The room was small but nice, there is a small kitchen, good for having breakfast and light meals. The check in is online, this is very conveniente. Definitely we will stay here next time.

You have a free parking place. The location is good, if you walk you are at 20/30min from Zadar center and you have supermarket, bakery, the sea really near (10min by walking).

A little hard to find the parking, have to come in via McDonalds. Didn’t see this posted anywhere. We had issues with the air con, tried to turn it on and only heated up, no cold air coming out. Spoke to the host about it who said it’s still in winter mode and will be for a while as it’s still cold at night. We turned the air con off and were told to open windows which we did, but the traffic on the road kept us awake. We then shut the window which resulted in the room being 24 degrees, so it wasn’t the best experience.

There is no light from the entrance of the compound to the apartment. We struggled quite abit to open and lock the door.

Guverna has a very good location. It's within walking distance to the beach, and there are supermarkets, Nextbike, and a bus station nearby. The room was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Check-in was quite easy and fast.
