The communication was not so good. The shower is not so well equipped. The door is really thin which made us not feeling so safe.

The location is awesome, supermarkets are nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Nobody was at the check-in desk which made asking to leave luggage before check-in time slightly awkward but we called the mobile number on the door and sorted it. The area to leave the luggage wasn’t the best and it wasn’t secure. The shower water wasn’t hot it was lukewarm, could be made better by having a hot running shower. The main door to the apartment was difficult initially to work out the locking system, we thought we were locked in but turns out the handles are VERY stiff and you have to push down a lot on them.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Guverna New City Accommodation. It was a great location, about a 25/30minute walk to the old town/harbour area. We really enjoyed sightseeing of The Sea Organ and The Greeting Of The Sun. The apartment we had was a ground floor end one, it was lovely and quiet with no disturbances. Self-Check in was simple and could leave luggage at accommodation prior to check-in time, although it wasn’t locked away safely so leave at your own risk (photo attached). We really enjoyed having access to a kitchen area allowing us to make our own meals, although no oven was a slight inconvenience but nonetheless it was great. Good aircon unit. Easy check-out. McDonald’s next door 🥰

Nice clean room with little patio at the back. We stayed one night as was getting the bus to split. Right next to the bus station and mac D. About a 15 minute walk to the old town .

As I arrived before noon, I was asked to leave my luggage at the reception area, which is unmanned. I realised reception is only online. Another, issue is the air con. No matter what mode I set, it blew out hot air. Not sure if it is default to this since I visited in late Sep.

Location is great, a 3 mins walk from the main bus station. There is a McDonald's and Konzum supermarket next to the apartment. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant 1 night stay.

Tiny thing but a better light on the key box to help use of it at night, but it would be fine for most people or with phone torch. That is picky though. I've stayed on 3 occasions so obviously a great experience.

In other rental apartments are salt, peppers, coffee, oil and some other quick stuff. There was only salt, some candies and two instant coffees.

At the start - it was not clear where the apartment was because we saw only apartments in the first floor. Bet there is also a second floor of apartments. There was a private parking lot for car.

we were not able to check in at 3 due to issues with the door at the property and nobody warned us before arrival. And then we were disturbed again the next day with banging on the door whilst we were sleeping photos are a bit misleading too

The check in procedure was very difficult and confusing without someone there to check you in. It was difficult to find the entrance to the parking area. They should state that the entrance is at the McDonald's drive through. There are full time apartments in front of where you stay that are very unsightly. The area set aside for Guverna is good, but upon arrival the "curb appeal" of the other units was very disappointing. Our room was not as nice as some of the rooms pictured in the marketing materials.

Nice to have a good parking area. The room was clean. AC worked well once we got it figured out.

Nothing at all, it was a great stay.

Collection of property keys was easy, the location was awesome as it is right next to the bus station. There may be more of a walk to the old part of Zadar but we did not mind. Would highly recommend for anyone who is visiting the town. We had provision of soaps, and slippers, towels which was great.

AC was not working well in our room, it was turning off and back on randomly while swithed on. The display on AC was not showing the signs, so it was difficult to adjust the modes and temperature. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Location is great, near to the beach, just next to central bus station and grocery shops. Cosy terrace outside. Helpful hosts. Apartment is well equiped.

We had everything so close to us, wich turned our stay really easy and comfortable. The bus station was right besides the house, and we used it a lot to visit the attractions we intended, and there was a supermarket on the other side of the main street, so we could always have breakfast and things to cook. At night we took an Uber to the city center for only 5 euros. The host also let us store out luggage on the last day while we went to the beach, wich was like 10min by foot.

The only downside to this property is probably the walk into town which is about 20-30 mins. As mentioned, it is super convenient to the bus station though.

We picked this property for the proximity to the bus station. It's also very close to McDonald's and a couple of supermarkets. The apartment was compact but comfortable, and we enjoyed the little outdoor terrace. Although all communication was online and we didn't meet any staff, they were very responsive and we appreciated their flexibility with check in and out.

Nothing negative

Easy to find and clear information in advance about gaining entry. Could not have been better situated for our purpose, a short walk from the main bus station, where we arrived on airport bus in the evening and departed from early next morning on tourist bus to Trogir/Split. The apartment was well maintained and equipped and very clean. It was accessed from a courtyard away from the main road so wasn’t noisy and the added bonus was it had an outside garden area with seating. Very close to a good supermarket as well

Couldn't be better for the money.

Such a handy location for the bus station and short walk to the beach with good aircon.. Great value. In duplex room I had a nice terrace comfy bed, good pillows. It was quiet despite being near busy road.

Wifi is very weak in the room but compensated with cable tv channel. Pillow is too flat with very little pillow filler that is uncomfortable to sleep (we used the small cushion instead).

Location, which is just next to the bus terminal and within 20 minutes walk to the old town. Generally clean but can be better (there was an opened tea bag in the tray). It is good for an overnight stay.
