A bit of a hill to walk up to get to the property BUT would be totally fine if not in a heatwave!) and also has car access to can taxi/Uber up if need be!

So spacious and clean! Everything you need in an apartment. Ana was so so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay (only wish we could have stayed longer). Definitely recommend!!

The apartment was very clean and in an amazing location to explore Makarska. Even though our stay was short, Ana was very generous and accommodating. Such a lovely experience ☺️❤️

Not a complaint, more a suggestion.. larger towels in the bathroom, we were given lots of towels but were all hand towel size. Maybe swap the dishwasher for a washing machine?

We were very pleased with the apartment, very clean, spacious and modern, yes it is up a hill but do not let that stop you from coming here, it was only a 4 minute walk from the bottom up the hill to the apartment. The host Ana was awesome, left us fresh fruit, and a choice of drinks to welcome us. Wifi was great! We had 2 balconies and could see the sea. Plenty of space to hang out wet swimwear, pegs provided. AC in the room, hair dryer comfy pillows and beds, enough plug sockets too. Honestly we would stay here again :) It was difficult to think of things we didn't like because we had such a lovely time and really liked Makarska!

The apartments location requires some uphill walking if you're coming on foot. Just keep that in mind if your're having a lot of luggage or have problems walking. It's still really close to the citycenter and harbour,

Of our 9 different accomodations in Croatia this summer, Guesthouse Rose&Ana was by far the best! Extremely nice and helpful host, very spacious, modern and clean apartment with a nicely sized kitchen. Would definitely stay here again, and preferably for a longer time!

Lovely appartment, very clean; comfortable and tastefully decorated, has everything you need for a relaxing stay. comfy bed and comfy shower, fully equipped kitchen; and 2 balconies with great view. More importantly, hospitality of the family that manages the property was incredible. small thoughtfull gestures such as welcoming you with a cold drink on a hot day, among others, really warmed our hearts. thank you very much Anna and Anna's dad. you made our stay in beautiful Makarska trully exceptional.

Highly reccomend this apartament. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Apartament was perfectly clean. Kitchen iclouded everything what you need. In neighborhood you have shops, restaurants and way to Beach and marina was good. I hope I will came back 😁

The path from the promenade to the apartment is very steep, but it doesn't depends on the owners.

Beautiful and big apartment with the wiev on sea and mountains from the balcony, we spent there a lot of time having breakfast, dinner and evening wine ;) Owners (Ana and her father) were very nice and helpful. Made a fantastic climate to rest and relax :) Apartment was well equipped and clean. To the Makarska promenade, ferry and Old Town is only about 4-5 min on foot. We could take our bikes into the room or leave it near the stairs what was a big advantage for us. I truly reccomend :)

Pure perfection from check in to check out. All neccessary equipment were on spot,refreshments on arrival and big smile from the owner. The most clean apartment we have seen so far. 10 points out of 10.

New and ultra clean apartment. New kitchen with all appliances, new shower, 2 balconies with sea and mountain view at great price! I would come back! Host put beers, juice and fruits in our fridge. If we had any needs, like more clean towels, we got it immediately. Also host gave us more fruits, cake and gift when we were leaving. I fully recommend if you are looking for an apartment for 2 people!

The best opinion for the Guesthouse Rose&Ana is that we are here FOR THE SECOND TIME. We were here last year and we liked it so much that we came back. The apartament is modern, comfortable and well-equipped. It has two balconies with a beautiful view. In the kitchen you can cook or bake anything you want ;) or you can eat at the numerous restaurants that are nearby. The hosts are always helpful and nice for their guests. The place is worth that price. Location is great - the beach (10-15 minutes), city centre (5 minutes). Makarska is a beatufiul city and we highly recommend to stay at the Guesthouse Rose&Ana!
