Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaDifficult to find as addresses not marked or on Google maps so had to ask. Instructions for self check in confusing. Had location of place first in pics then place to get keys in after and instructions other way so went to wrong place first.
Central location easy to get to and around from once you know where you are. Clean. Comfortable.

Irelandwish we had more than one night in Zadar but we had a tight travel schedule.
It was located ideally in the old town centre which has to be accessed by foot (taxis can’t drive you to the door). It’s only 5-7 minute walk. Beautiful location quiet at night in apartment and has everything we needed. Early Checkout was made easy for us too.

United KingdomPersonal preference but I found the bed to be really uncomfortable. Very hard with little support and lots of springs. Could easily be improved with a nice mattress topper.
Very good location in the centre of the old town of zadar. Spacious room with plenty of storage to unpack of if there for a longer stay. Good air conditioning. Staff very communicative and helpful.

MalaysiaThe space is small, so if you bring big luggages, you might not be able to walk around easily from the bed to the kitchen.
The in charge person was very friendly and give directions to where is the check in location, then she even brought us to the apartment. The studio is equipped with the essentials. They even made up the sofa bed for the extra person. The bathroom is equipped with a heating element which makes the shower more bearable in a cold day.

BulgariaThere were no hangers in the wardrobe and really no hangers in the studio (we used the chairs to “hang” our clothes). Also no place where to hang your wet bikini and beach towels, so that should be something to take care in the future. Thus the 8 star review, otherwise everything else was great!
The studio is great! Located just on the Main Street in the old town - everything is within walking distance. The host was very pleasant and arranged that we checked in earlier. Also he gave us nice recommendations about what to see in the city.
