The apartment is a little too far from the old town, it was a 50 minutes walk, but that wasn't a big problem.

The room was very clean and was bigger than I thought. Owners are helpful and nice. The view from terrace is incredibly beautiful and there are a few adorable cats on that terrace.

The bathroom smell was not very nice because of weak air system but the good thing is that the bathroom is not attached to the room , a door separates both

The property has a great terrace with great view , Clean bed , its also so close to a port and couple of very nice beaches , its in babin cuk which is said to be far from old town but its Close to bus station which we used to go to old town ( Bus no 6 from pile gate ) just took us 15 mins and bus is always there , Also host was very nice and let us into our room early as we arrived before check in time so our room was ready when we arrived

Great area with many beaches and fun facilities. Peaceful with great views from the outdoor living area. Communal space has all that is needed for a pleasant stay. Mini mart just a short walk for supplies and bus to Old Town is less than a 15 minute walk. I had a clean basic room, great AC and stayed cool with external clean bathroom. Lovely Hosts are there to assist with any needs. Very enjoyable stay.

The location was just perfect - very close to the beach, supermarket and bars. There was a nice terrace where we could eat breakfast and drink coffee with stunning view and cute cats around. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. The room was very cute, all pink what for me and my sister just perfect was. Highly recommended

The location of the property is perfect! The outside terrace looks over the harbour and a short walk down some stairs and you can swim. Very close to a studenac and only a short walk to lots of food places, beaches and bars

Room is small. But ok for me and my wife.

Guest house location is in a beautiful place but little walk from the bus stand. Approx 5 minutes walking. Room size is very small but my stay was comfortable and cozy. I liked it more because of the location just the opposite of the harbour. 50 meters and you are at the sea side for a refreshing evening.

TV was not working, and the WiFi signal was not that good. Room was a bit small and the window opens straight into the shared kitchen outside which makes it impossible to use it when the kitchen is being used.

Nice neighbourhood, with market nearby. Nice terrace to enjoy coffe with a good view. Cute and clean apartment.

The Host is really kind. He gave us a quick information about city, transport and other facilities. Also, as he knew that we were traveling with small baby, he changed an apartment with direct access from road (without stairs), so that we could manage with our luggage and stroller easier 👍🏻

After rain there was smell of humidity in the bathroom. Small renovation needed.

Nice location in the quiet area just in front of promenade along sea coast, 5 min walk from excellent beaches. Room was comfortable with the terrasse overlooking the sea. Fridge, kitchen, Micro oven and cutlery available. Supermarket 2 min walk. Bus to the center 15 min walk. Very good stay for such money in Dubrovnik.

Great place to stay if you're alone or 2 people, and aren't too keen km sharing space in like a hostel. The rates are almost same. The host is very helpful. Gave me all tips and directions around the city.

The door to the bathroom won’t close properly. If you don’t come by car, it’s not easily accessible as it is in the other side of Old Town. We didn’t easily find the beaches close by. Still quite a walk from the property. The room is also pretty small for 2 people especially if you both have a medium-sized suitcase with you. The bathroom is pretty narrow.

It was affordable. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. We also liked that the owner lives next to the property so checking in has been a smooth process.

Very small, closed in room. 2x single beds pushed together doesn't give a double bed. Bathroom not very clean. Nice area, but difficult to get to with bags off the local bus.

Bathroom is located outside the rooms. The door needs to be locked every time you go to the bathroom. When I took a shower, the hot water stopped running after 2-3 minutes. I had to take cold shower, and got cold. I complained about that, people said it is just because the system, I need to wait for 20 minutes until water comes warm. they did not try to improve it. It is not acceptable I need to wait for hot water every 2 to 3 minutes. The room smelled musty and the blankets were prickly. Eventually I moved to another hotel from this guest house.
