the apartment and specially the bathroom is very small. One more important thing, even though I would book this place again, I must mention that the ceiling is in most part of it very low and you must always watch not to hurt your head. I am 175 cm tall and I hit my head twice, my partner once. I recommended the staff to paint the ceiling in another color so you can see it more easily and to hang some warning signs.

This apartment is cozy, with a comfortable bed and with all you need for a nice and short stay in beautiful Dubrovnik. It is located just a 5 minutes walk from Old Town, still quiet at night to sleep. The shuttle bus station to airport is like two minutes walk. The staff is friendly and willing to answer all your inquiries.

Only thing is the parking... had to park like 15-20 minutes away as the whole area is either full of residents only parking or the parking areas are just too expensive between 6-10 eur per hour. This doesn't take anything from the property. The apartment is super lovely, comfy and just makes you want to stay and live there for ever. The above is more of an fyi if you'll be driving.

The property is in a very nice area pretty much center of everything and close to everything. Nice view too from the window especially during sunset and in the morning. Owner is a really nice and helpful man, he explained everything and even showed us where to park since parking is a bit of an issue.

The room has a slanted roof, so you need to walk hunched to avoid hitting your head. A bit inconvenient, but didn’t ruin the stay.

Sanja and her father were lovely hosts and the location is fantastic, which is the main reason we chose it.

Most perfect location! Right under the cable car, within 5 min walking to the Ploce Gate entrance to the Old Town. Nice pizza restaurant just around the corner. The host is really lovely and very welcoming. The studio is small, but cosy. Has all the necessary, very comfortable during our 3 night stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in this apartment. I would echo other comments about the sloped ceiling of this attic suite possibly being a concern for very tall guests (I'm 5'7" and had no issues). Also, the apartment would be tricky to locate without directions, so be sure to communicate with the host prior to your stay in order to get those directions. (*Also note that the host posted pictures of the apartment door, and these pictures are helpful!)

We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Grgich. The apartment is clean, well decorated, well stocked, and in a great location. The shower is a good size and the water was hot with good pressure. The Wifi was strong. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was quiet at night. The host is delightful - he made sure we had good directions to reach the apartment and helped us arrange transportation to the airport after our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Being asked for a time on when we are arriving and leaving brings an element of time pressure, which guests shouldn't have when on holiday. Perhaps if no one can be there at check-in or check-out, a lock box for the key could be used as a backup (we have experienced this at a number of other properties and it really takes the stress out).

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is perfect with only a few minute walk into the old town - and being outside of it means you don't need to carry suitcases up and down 100 steps. It has a cool view of the rooftops/old town wall from the window. Overall great value for money!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Although the apartment is small, it has everything you could possibly need along with great wi-fi! The host was there to greet us and was really friendly and helpful. We were even able to store our luggage after check out as we had a late flight. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very kind owners, with easy check in and check out. The room was lovely and clean with all of the necessities. The location is great, just 1 minute walk from the old town, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and close to the bus stop if looking to venture out. The apartment has low sloping ceilings, so wasn’t a problem for me at 5’7 but I think for anyone taller would be an inconvenience. It is also not the most soundproof, but again, a pair of earplugs and problem solved.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for a short stay and it was great that I could prepare some of my own meals. The apartment is very close to the Buza gate and provides very easy access into the Old Town and has good views.
