Food, breakfast and dinner were mediocre at best. Limited selection of food, that is prepared better, would be suitable. Only very sweet drinks available, average selection of cereal at breakfast, very limited healthy options, almost no fresh vegetables.

No separated room in the Suite for the kids. Children toilet at the waterpark wasn‘t open.

Another great holiday with a top suite in the front row, near the children playground and beach. Waterpark & Kids club is still a perfect Entertainment for the kids. Train or family bike for a trip to Umag city or into the north up to Katoro resort is always recommended.

No inroom facilities to make it more comfortable with an infant. Over-priced. For the price we paid we expected higher standards.

Everything was within walking distance. Option of sea, pools and splash pad. Management acknowledged birthday with a bottle of prosecco.

Perfect destination for families with children. Clean rooms, friendly staff. A variety of options to choose from at breakfast and dinner buffet. You can have your meal at the covered terrace with sea view.

I didn’t like being on the second floor. The 1st floor had a nicer terrace and lounge chairs. The balcony on the second floor wasn’t the best for a family of 4. Would ask for 1st floor. Also, they don’t have a coffee maker in the room. It was difficult to find lunch options nearby too or even a local coffee shop. Make sure you take advantage of the option to eat at the hotel. The only food options nearby are either ice cream/snacks or slammed with people.

The location was great! Enjoyed the property with my kids. Parks nearby and waterpark in walking distant. The waterpark had areas for all ages as well as an on-site playground and kids club.

The stuff was very nice, helpful and friendly! The food is good and tasty. We lived in garden suits and they were quite new, very cozy and nice. Thank you for a great time!

Food was not up to a 4star hotel, rather a very weak 3 star level. Quality was poor, presentation way too simple, same food was repeated on consecutive days. Staff did not refill the plates that quick as the demand.

Suites were well suiting the family with kid, interior design was nice. Great location with many pools and playgrounds. Many outdoor relax options.

We were in the suite on the top floor, and we did not have sunbeds on the balcony. The bottom suites had sunbeds. So it would be great if they put sunbeds on top balconies as well.

Garden suites are positioned in a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants. Our suite was big and had a balcony. It was near the beach and the main hotel where the breakfast and dinner are served (3 min walk to both). Both breakfast and dinner had a lot of variety, and most of the food was very testy. Drinks were included in the price of half board. Umag old town is a 30 min walk away. Internet worked well.

Some of the food was not very good. They were saving too much so the puding or panckes were for example very waterish and not good enough for a 4 star hotel. But some other food was very tasty.

The suite is very nice and comfy. The suites are in a very nice environment with trees and the beach right next to them. It is very calm and lovely.

The coffee could be better

Big room and comfortable bed. Nice view from the balcony. Close to the beach.Even if our visit was out of the main season, there was a lot of choise at self-service.

the indoor pool is really cold, i mean shivering cold. the food even when quite good Can be a bit better.

the room is big, new and functional. Huge shower and very good ac. It’s right next to the beach, less than 200 meters from the suite farthest away. all personnel nice and approachable, specially Sara and Mario from the kids club, they made our stay much more better. very high quality for price ratio.

The hotel was a bit older and needs a bit more attention. The hotel also wasnt that clean, I would say aroun 6.5 out of 10. Otherwise all good.

The Garden Suites were really beautiful, very close to the sea, modern, clean and well equipped. It is a perfect place for families with children since you have a nice garden and also a playground available. The hotel was also very nice, thou a little older and quite crowded (mainly during dinner time). We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was also very good, though not a great variety of healthy and yummy foods for small children... We certainly recommend the garden suites and would love to come back.
